However, despite a fairly recent restoration, it would seem as if the restoration was managed by a person/s not accustomed to purely hotel needs but closer to private residential structures. It's a shame

21/04/2025: Situado justo enfrente del Coliseo y ruinas antiguas en Roma. Recomendado por nuestro guía turístico como buena comida pero fácil de perderse ya que está en un callejón. Tanto la pizza como los platos de pasta eran excelentes.

03/07/2025: When it comes to food, I ordered the company's tagliatelle. Amazing. As an appetizer, I had mussel soup. Classic! Heaven in your mouth, DELICIOUS Aperols were flowing evenly, the best in the area in terms of proportions. Service at a high level. The manager walked around the room, checking if the level of service was appropriate. Great. Atmosphere 11/10. I recommend.

07/07/2025: PAYING 60 euros PER KG for grilled sea bream without even a leaf of lettuce as decoration is OUTRAGEOUS: not even in starred restaurants do we find these prices. Thinking of dealing with tourists and ripping them off is not a good move, especially if we are not tourists because I personally am from the place.

06/07/2025: Good pizza, good fish. I also ordered an Italian appetizer where it says: raw ham + mozzarella, rustic salami, anchovies, tomato, provola. Instead of raw ham there was mortadella. For goodness sake it can happen that it runs out but you have to tell me. Friendly and polite waiter, the other a little less. Normal price, fresh fish.

12/02/2025: Excellent hotel, quiet and convenient place to reach, a stone's throw from the center of Bagheria. Excellent value for money. Kindness and professionalism.

27/04/2025: We arrived in Bagheria from Noto with friends, we had dinner two consecutive evenings in this nice place located in a square with a beautiful church. The friendliness of Maurizio the waiter who recommended us some excellent sorbets was impressive. Active, a spinning top....the pizzas are excellent and of high quality. Definitely recommended.

17/07/2025: Negative. I was called rude for leaving after waiting 1.5 hours NOT to be seated, but to receive my food. It's not like you have the whole evening to dine; maybe you have other commitments. And if the managers don't know how to manage, why should I wait? After an hour of waiting, a waiter asks what table we are at and goes to inquire, and half an hour later I find out that my order was lost? So what was the waiter going to inquire about? According to the manager, after an hour and a half of waiting (and who knows how much longer I would have waited, since the order didn't exist), I should have waited smiling and happily paid? Reading the reviews, many complain about the waiting time. Maybe it's not me who's rude, but you who should change jobs (and at least choose one with less responsibility and definitely less demanding).
