30/03/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice. Excellent arancini. I look forward to the magnificent ice cream and at Easter the delicious Sicilian cassata, light and with little sugar topping that doesn't make it cloying.

02/06/2025: Yesterday we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything started in the best way, shame about the ending. Aside from the questionable food (there were 20 of us and all 20 of us left the pasta at the Lido), the experience was negative because of the owner. When we got to the end of the evening, a 6 YEAR OLD CHILD urgently needed to go to the bathroom. When we opened the bathroom door, we found everything dirty (never seen anything like it). The toilet was in terrible conditions, not to mention the floor covered in dirty toilet paper. After seeing this mess we asked the waiters if it could be cleaned. Minutes passed but no one came (the child started shaking because he urgently needed to go to the bathroom). After calling for attention, the owner approached and instead of taking control of the situation he only made it worse. According to him, we should have waited until the delivery boy was free... in the meantime however the child still had to go to the bathroom. Needless to say, the bathroom was not cleaned anymore and the child went to the women's bathroom (which was also very dirty). The owner was rude, arrogant and ill-mannered. If the delivery guy is busy, you put on gloves and go clean it yourself! Terrible experience especially for the owner. The only positive note was the waiters, super kind and friendly especially the guy with the curly black hair. (P.s. in the fruit salad there is not only apple).

01/06/2025: It's delicious to eat, the pasta is second to none, the flavour and cooking are spectacular.

11/03/2025: Beautiful bar where you can have breakfast with a sea view. I read a lot of reviews where it can be expensive, but guys you pay for quality 🔝 the only advice is delicious croissants just make them a little fuller. I absolutely recommend

25/05/2025: Premetto che non è la prima volta che vado a mangiare in questo posto, altre volte avevo avuto problemi di attesa mitigati dall’arrivo di un cibo buonissimo. Ieri invece serata negativa da tutti i punti di vista. Tempi biblici x aspettare in ns primi 1h e 40’ e dopo vari solleciti grazie all’intervento di un cameriere, lui si sempre gentile ed impeccabile è arrivato tutto, peccato che per uno di noi la pasta con il nero di seppie e la colata di ricci è arrivata fredda e quindi immangiabile. L’abbiamo rimandata indietro, il cameriere ci ha proposto di rifarla ma volevamo evitare di aspettare in altra ora e 40 minuti. A questa aggiungiamo l’arrivo di una pizza con ingredienti sbagliati, tanto che si è deciso di portare la pizza a casa. Nonostante tutto al momento di pagare il conto abbiamo ricevuto ancora una altra volta le scuse da parte del cameriere sempre gentile, mentre il titolare non ci ha mai degnato di uno sguardo, ed alla fine la pasta che abbiamo mandato indietro era regolarmente sul conto.

12/02/2025: Excellent hotel, quiet and convenient place to reach, a stone's throw from the center of Bagheria. Excellent value for money. Kindness and professionalism.

28/04/2025: We found ourselves in this place by chance and enjoyed a really good gluten free pizza, the dough was truly masterful, compliments to the pizza chef Giacinto and the kind lady.

13/04/2025: Personal Opinion Hot appetizer drenched in oil, carbonara pasta that only tasted excessively of pecorino and pepper, very salty pizza and pizza ingredients, generous portions, a slightly neglected place and just discreet and slightly improvised staff will no longer see me as having an expensive price based on the general quality found.

14/02/2025: Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful structure, excellent central location (even if this is the downside for the parking. However, despite a fairly recent restoration, it would seem as if the restoration was managed by a person/s not accustomed to purely hotel needs but closer to private residential structures. It's a shame
