08/10/2025: The restaurant immediately strikes you with its beauty: the location is truly evocative, with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a relaxing lunch. It's a shame that the rest of the experience didn't live up to the ambiance.
The menu is ambitious, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Some dishes are unbalanced in flavor. You can sense the intent to create sophisticated cuisine, but the precision needed to truly achieve that level is still lacking. There is potential.
The service, unfortunately, was the weakest point. The staff seemed undertrained, the manager seemed more arrogant than helpful, with an attitude that gave the impression that the customer was almost superfluous.

15/07/2025: On Bagheria's main street, a pastry shop with a good selection of sweet and savory treats. I had a ricotta croissant, which I'd say was good, but the coffee was really hard to drink.
It only cost 2 euros, like being transported back 10 years.

We had lunch with some good fish-based first courses and a delicious fried fish platter.
The service was quick and friendly.
The atmosphere was nice, but since it was crowded, it was almost impossible to talk to each other.
The quality/price ratio was a bit high.
23/11/2025: Excellent food, nice and welcoming location, slightly high prices, but very high quality, some dishes are worth their price, others, very simple, are exorbitantly expensive, all in all, highly recommended place.

27/11/2025: Experience? Excellent! I had a gluten- and lactose-free focaccia and pizza with broccoli rabe and sausage. It was delicious, spectacular! Compliments to the chef, the fabulous staff, and the owner, a very sweet and attentive woman 🥰....thank you all. I'll definitely be back! ❤️❤️
22/11/2025: Despite having a reservation for a table of six, we were forced to wait outside for over an hour. After two reminders, during which we pointed out that the table was booked, we were told that we would have to wait for the other guests to finish, even though they hadn't yet placed their orders. Extremely disappointing service. We won't be returning.

Excellent service from the talented Giuseppe and a beautiful venue (even in summer) provide the perfect backdrop for this food and wine experience.
The menu, constantly updated with seasonal ingredients, and the refinement and respect for the finest ingredients blend harmoniously in the dishes, offering a high-quality experience.
I definitely recommend stopping at this restaurant.

16/11/2025: This morning, leaving Capaci on our motorcycle without a destination, we passed through Aspra on the main road. Having not yet had breakfast, we stopped at this bar. We had the meat arancini, and what can I say? Super good! So good, I'll definitely be back!

13/12/2025: I assume you don't care about the customer considering that I called on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning at least 20 times to order arancini and no one ever answered. Well done, keep it up and customers will rain down on you.
11/12/2025: Disastrous experience. I had ordered a cake from a historic pastry shop in Bagheria precisely to avoid problems. I had given precise instructions, and when I picked it up, I was delivered a completely different cake, with no apology or attempt to remedy the situation. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service makes this pastry shop a place to avoid. After what happened, I strongly advise against going there: it's better to go elsewhere.

25/09/2025: The food is very good... obviously, if you're looking for a "starred" experience, this isn't the place for you... if you want good, fresh food, without too many frills, but with service that makes you feel at home, this is the place.
Fair prices; in my experience in this area, it's the only place I've tried where I can say you eat well for little money... everyone has their own tastes... excellent swordfish rolls...

The mussel dish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the swordfish accompanied by Pantelleria salad was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
But the dish that completely won us over was the squid ink pasta: creamy, rich, balanced, a true delight to remember.
Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent product quality.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

18/11/2025: My first time at Baron Munchausen, as a guest for a birthday party, was exceptional. From the abundance of dishes to the service, even though the place was packed on a Saturday night, they managed to make sure we didn't miss a thing. I highly recommend it for events!! I'll definitely try the à la carte menu.
18/11/2025: I’ve been there during my holidays, what can i say? Is a wonderful place. From the service to the kitchen, we spend a nice sunday evening. The waiters can easily accomplish our request. I raccomend this place to everyone!!
