09/08/2024: I had dinner here with a very good friend of mine and the dinner was great. Great flavored food and delicate taste and the wine was perfect. After this experience I went here with my brother and again the food was excellent. We can only recommend.

07/08/2024: Nice location in Bagheria, very good and plentiful food, especially the superb first courses. Excellent final bill. The service was very slow (we waited 20 minutes for the order and then an hour between starter and first course), botched. They had clearly forgotten our table, and then without many apologies they brought us two wrong dishes out of five (out of kindness and hunger we didn't protest). Then the owner actually had a chat with us at the end and was genuinely nice. What remains is that "eh with 60 people we're struggling tonight" and empty tables are not a good presentation! I recommend reviewing the organization of table service for a moment, but otherwise a super place!

17/08/2024: Very good square pizza, also the spaghetti with seafood and the phenomenal fettuccine, and in general all the fantastic dishes, I had a good time and I think I'll come back

13/08/2024: It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. We drove here specifically because our landlady from Airbnb recommended this restaurant to us. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, although Google didn't say so. Really unnecessary and a waste of time that was stolen from me.

10/08/2024: Ottimo cibo e personale molto gentile e simpatico. Buonissime le sarde al beccafico e la pasta con le sarde, carina anche la sorpresa iniziale con uovo e malvasia.

07/08/2024: Excellent from start to finish. Cozy place, kind and friendly staff, very good owners. As soon as we entered they brought us a small tasting of prosecco, a really nice idea! Then it's wonderful to see the chefs cooking, there's transparency! I will definitely go back 😁

19/05/2024: Restaurant located in one of the countless elegant buildings of Bagheria: Palazzo Corselli, which houses a B&B, with six rooms, overlooking the city. The overture restaurant of the structure itself welcomes the customer in a noir/chic environment, with vintage points, a legacy of the previous architectural structure. The kitchen, fushion, is directed by chef Gianluca Bonsignore, a trained, meticulous professional, attentive to new techniques, even on bread products. Small but exhaustive menu, with traditional local dishes in a semi-gourmet style, where the raw materials are selected within the spectrum of native seasonality. Wine list in working progress, with a good selection of regional and international wineries, and a wide choice of cocktails. Room service present, friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, obviously in line with the range of peers in the sector. The only negative note is the non-application of The Fork discounts, which were implemented only after a reminder.

Gelato artigianale buonissimo e rispettando le ricette della tradizione del gelato il pistacchio che sa di pistacchio e i gusti alla frutta a base acqua leggeri e buonissimi! Davvero complimenti al proprietario e a tutto il suo staff super gentile
