26/12/2025: I spent Christmas in this magnificent hotel, where peace, silence, and courtesy reign supreme. The staff is nothing short of exceptional. A special thanks to Ezio for "fixing" my breakfast, Serena, and to Matteo, the seasoned waiter! But also to everyone else, good people dedicated to their work who make kindness and a smile an art. And that's usually not easy with guests. The setting is beautiful, the Christmas decorations original. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The dishes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The portions are also not bad. In short, you leave the table feeling full but not overly so. So, not feeling heavy. My compliments also go to the chef, of course, for that excellent pumpkin cream and that rice with artichoke cream, sublime, for which almost everyone in the dining room asked for seconds. We did the couples spa treatment. It's a shame we didn't think of massages sooner; we would have loved to have them. The girls there were also very friendly, and for the 90 minutes there were no crowds, just a few couples. The biscuits were also excellent. In short, they were two beautiful days. We spent them peacefully and quietly. Enjoyed them until the very last moment. If you want to enjoy the beauty of Catania, choose Hotel Itria and you won't regret it. Thank you

My husband and I are delighted to compliment the entire staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism in managing our important event from start to finish, which was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. 20/01/2026: A refined and elegant venue, meticulously crafted with attention to every detail and a truly tasteful atmosphere. The pizza is like few others: a carefully crafted dough, incredibly digestible, light, and of the highest quality! What makes the experience truly special is the friendliness and hospitality: every member of the staff, along with the owner, makes you feel welcomed, pampered, and right at home. A place where quality meets human warmth. An experience that lingers and makes you want to return!

16/12/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to. I bought two onions at 3:30 PM for €5, which was fine, but when I opened the package I found two pieces smaller than the average birthday ones. I should point out that I hadn't seen them before. I usually go to this bar and haven't had any problems. I didn't go back because I was just passing by. It must have been a distraction.

11/12/2025: Beautiful place, refined and welcoming. I can't wait to return every time. The food is excellent, and lately the cuisine has been presented in a homely way. The food is very good and, most importantly, you don't feel sick.
