My husband and I are delighted to compliment the entire staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism in managing our important event from start to finish, which was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. Wonderful location and truly excellent food.

16/12/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to.
I bought two onions at 3:30 PM for €5, which was fine, but when I opened the package I found two pieces smaller than the average birthday ones.
I should point out that I hadn't seen them before.
I usually go to this bar and haven't had any problems. I didn't go back because I was just passing by. It must have been a distraction.
11/12/2025: Beautiful place, refined and welcoming. I can't wait to return every time. The food is excellent, and lately the cuisine has been presented in a homely way. The food is very good and, most importantly, you don't feel sick.

27/08/2025: Horrible pizza. We ordered two, a patapizza and a quattro stagioni. The first one had the fries from the day before, so they were hard and tasteless. The quattro stagioni had anything but fresh ingredients, and they were also bland and tasted like something out of a bad shop. I can't understand why it has such high stars. I only ate it because I hate food waste.

23/11/2025: A warm welcome from Francesca and Oscar, eager to understand and accommodate even the smallest whims, combined with the mastery of chef Salvatore Gesualdo, made my visit to Giaca a truly satisfying experience.
The deliciously creamy, flavorful tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an all-you-can-drink glass of Erice wine, a wine-flavored stew that melts like a kiss, and a generous portion of freshly baked shortcrust pastry tart with custard and fruit—all this gave me a revitalizing break in a strategic location in Viagrande, right across from the beautiful Villa Comunale, at a truly affordable price. The highlight of the meal, however, were several paintings by family ancestors, awe-inspiring in their perfect harmony of architectural and natural elements. 16/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. The food was very good, but the outdoor setting left a bit to be desired. Let's just say they could have cleaned the outdoor terrace better, as it was full of leaves that drifted over the umbrellas and occasionally fell onto the tables. Overall, though, a good restaurant. The pool area is lovely.

02/11/2025: Good morning to everyone reading this!!! Gran Caffè Urna 1885, a temple of taste. All kinds of biscuits, according to the traditions of the period. Quince pastes - Mostarda, cannoli, cream puffs, large pastries, small pastries, and a hot table. All excellent quality!

26/07/2025: Sono stata con la mia famiglia, da tre mesi hanno ristrutturato e cambiato gestione, ci siamo trovati molto bene ed il cibo e la pizza ottima! Gli ambienti puliti ed il personale genitile ! Grazie ritorneremo presto

26/04/2025: Ci siamo trovati malissimo la siciliana era sicuramente surgelata e fritta in un pessimo olio che dava un retrogusto amaro. Le stoviglie erano sporche. Terribile esperienza non la consiglio.
01/02/2025: Credo di non tornarci più. Siciliana negativa, con un formaggio spaccato per tuma, che non aveva alcun sapore. Tartufo bianco con una crema insapore. Di Urna è rimasto solo lo storico nome. Stop.

26/04/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Laurea di mio figlio in questa bella location immersa nel verde con ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno, con un ampio parcheggio.
Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia ma in una famiglia di eccellenti professionisti, grazie alla deliziosa Signora Angela che ci ha seguiti con grande attenzione, competenza e delicatezza curando ogni minimo dettaglio ed esaudendo ogni desiderio.
Grazie allo Chef Gianluca che mette in ogni piatto tanta competenza e soprattutto tantissima passione curando piatti unici che deliziano prima gli occhi e poi il palato.
Grazie allo staff gentilissimo, attento, simpatico e disponibile.
Abbiamo trascorso una splendida giornata, una bellissima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista e quindi non possiamo fare altro che consigliare "La Reggia" per rendere unici i momenti più speciali.
