13/04/2026: Yes, the property is really lovely… We chose this hotel because it was described as a small hotel with a spa in a quiet location. I hadn't initially noticed that it was adults-only, but that should make it even quieter. We were offered a set menu in the restaurant several times. Great, but when food intolerances are involved, gourmet chefs can get easily annoyed. I know this all too well, as I work in the industry. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge. Two old gates, a sign, and an intercom (common in the region) finally led us to the hotel. We received a friendly welcome and an update about our rooms, as we were informed that we unfortunately couldn't use the spa area. Apparently, this has been the case for some time, and it seems unlikely we'll be able to use it again anytime soon. Everything was very clean, modern, and stylish – the Italians certainly know how to do that… The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet – somehow, the railway line running directly behind the hotel seems to have been overlooked in other reviews. Thanks to modern trains, this isn't a problem, but when a freight train rumbles by at night, it's more than just a distant perception. It's admittedly a high-level criticism, but a high standard is what they aim to project, and that's reflected in the prices they charge. They advertise wellness facilities that aren't available, a tranquil atmosphere that's only partially achievable given the location, and it's supposed to be exclusively for adults, which wasn't true. This wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but overall, we were left with a nagging feeling that we didn't get what we expected. In conclusion – yes, it's recommendable. The service is friendly and professional… A beautiful property, and you feel comfortable.

25/04/2026: I spent half a day at this place for lunch. We sat at the table, took our orders at 1:30 PM, but the pasta arrived two hours later. Naturally, it was cold and tasteless, plus the amount of pasta was very small for such a large plate, and we found two hairs on two different plates (attached). At the end of our meal, we went to pay: they didn't even give us a free bottle of water and charged a person with hypoglycemia for one. However, the scenery is very beautiful: a playground with many attractions, tables outside, and even a soccer field nearby. Overall, I give it two stars because I came here to have my meal, not to play. Small edit: they ran out of bottled water.

06/04/2026: Easter Monday with friends. Fixed menu for €45. Appetizer, two starters, mixed grill, and desserts. Everything was delicious, the meat was tender. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for the starters because they had a gas problem. Ideal place for children, with a large garden with some games and a small field. Ample parking is available next to the restaurant. The garden is mostly cultivated, and the pool was still closed. View of Mount Etna and just 10 minutes from Torre Archirafi on the sea. Excellent experience, shame about the wait.

06/06/2025: I've been to this place a couple of times and I've always had a decent time. The other day, after a long time, I went back with some friends and I have to say that I noticed a really significant leap in quality compared to the last time. The owner is very kind, helpful and always smiling, as are the waiters: young guys, but very good at their job. The cuisine has also improved a lot - maybe they changed chef? If so, they really made a great choice. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

13/04/2026: Riposto, CT. Via Cristoforo Colombo, 19. Deli with self-service and takeout. We ordered rotisserie chicken and side dishes. But there's plenty to choose from: lasagna, baked pasta, busiate alla norma, fish and meat, arancini with tomato sauce, pizza by the slice, pizza made to order, etc. The place is simple and informal, with tables both inside and outside on the sidewalk. A family atmosphere and reasonable prices.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

07/02/2026: The bar is a bit dated and urgently needs renovation. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes rude. Despite being a conveniently located bar, I don't think it's seen a boom. The quality of the products is average to low. I would recommend taking better care of both the interior and exterior. Maintaining and cleaning the exterior is also crucial, especially for attracting customers. Let's hope for a miracle.
