09/03/2025: Charming restaurant in the province of Catania, in the town of Randazzo there is this reality of flavors resulting from ancient traditions masterfully combined with the gastronomic innovations of our times which makes good food a very special experience. Already the presence of the dining room gives a foretaste of the excellent delicacies with a verbal and mimic exposition that describes to the mind the dishes that can be ordered. I won't take away the pleasure of listening to this gastronaut with his kind and elegant manners who will explain every step of the individual dishes in great detail. But know one thing when he describes the succulent dishes, don't get distracted..... When he says for example sausage cut on the tip of a knife, experienced firsthand it is truly like this, the difference is in the taste that you can separate the flavor of the meat from the flavor of the lard from the fennel flavour, you realize this in the fact that the meat is not a shapeless mush but a sequence of well-seasoned pieces that leave a unique impression on the taster's palate. The shank boiled with wild vegetables is cooked with the parsimony and slowness of the boiling of the past without gustatory gulps in its seasoning. Then the final touch for our group was the kissing of our ladies' hands which made us take a space-time leap to times when gallantry was among the most prestigious families of the time. Thank you for giving us this excellent gastronomic experience which we will absolutely repeat with other dear diners

I love everything about this place; from the wonderful location to the excellent typical Sicilian cuisine, from the courtesy of the owners to the professionalism of the staff. For me, it is a little corner of paradise at the foot of Etna.

15/03/2025: Here you will find the typical local products of the land of Etna! Hot and cold appetizers prepared in a homemade and genuine way, the first course based on wild asparagus is excellent (tending towards bitterness but perfectly balanced!). An unmissable dessert for me, the minicannoli are delicious 💪🏼😉 The wine list is excellent and long, with some local gems that cannot be found. If you're in the area, stop here ☺️

08/03/2025: I traveled from Taormina to GIARRE and took the long-awaited train around Etna to RANDAZZO, but the Duomo I was looking for was closed and it was cold after the rain, so I stopped at this cafe. An elderly person made me a delicious cappuccino, and I was able to relax while looking at the wonderful decorations inside the store.

03/11/2024: Authentic cannoli from a bakery that has been in business for over 130 years. The spot breathes history and the person helping us was very kind. We tried the original ricotta version, as well as the chocolate and cream. Would recommend making a stop here for a coffee and some cannolo!

17/11/2024: Sono andato con 3 amici di sabato e fuori orario, ciò nonostante sono stati disponibilissimi, materia prima ottima, piatti della tradizione proposti in maniera innovativa e in forma gourmet. Locale molto accogliente, ben curato e pulito ricavato in un antico palmento. A fine pasto eravamo così soddisfatti che abbiamo fatto chiamare lo chef per complimentarci.

17/11/2024: Che si mangi bene è ormai una certezza ma un pizzico di attenzione in più verso la velocità del servizio o nel raccogliere le ordinazioni non sarebbe male. Graditi gli stuzzichini iniziali. Prezzi leggermente superiori al normale ma ci può stare

You will find bread made with sourdough, cereal or olive breadsticks and excellent desserts, all prepared and cooked in a wood-fired oven by two nice ladies who are passionate about their work and happy that you appreciate their efforts
