08/12/2024: A nice and kind grandfather illustrates the delicacies of the day and you are already having difficulty choosing because you would order everything. Without having chosen them, after a minute you get "amazing" appetizers that you struggle to eat without bread (otherwise you'll get full and ruin your lunch). Exquisite first and second courses! “Mascalese” red wine and superb desserts. Well done and kind! Highly recommended!!

14/12/2024: This wine shop is very cute and a wonderful place to have your lunch and/or buy a few bottles of great wine. The collection is impressive and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Go there if you have a chance.
04/11/2024: An excellent store where you can buy not only wines from Etna, but also any other wines from Sicily. If you love wine as much as we do and are traveling around Sicily by car, you simply need to stop by here 😋

19/12/2024: I didn't stay but I saw the rooms and they seem really well furnished, the food is good and the choices made on the menu, even on Sundays (a la carte menu), make it possible to choose important dishes that otherwise you wouldn't have tried... the choice of wines is good

23/08/2024: They welcomed us at 2.30pm without any problem. An exquisite and juicy meat, I have eaten few like it in my life, even the cooking requested by each of us was perfect. We also took some sautéed mushrooms (excellent) and a very tasty and balanced Sicilian salad.
It's worth the stop.

13/11/2024: I moved from Taormina to RIPOSTO and took the long-awaited train around Etna to RANDAZZO, but the Duomo I was looking for was closed and it was cold after the rain, so I stopped at this cafe.
An elderly person made me a delicious cappuccino, and I was able to relax while looking at the wonderful decorations inside the store.
03/11/2024: Authentic cannoli from a bakery that has been in business for over 130 years. The spot breathes history and the person helping us was very kind. We tried the original ricotta version, as well as the chocolate and cream. Would recommend making a stop here for a coffee and some cannolo!

01/11/2024: Pranzo domenicale a base di funghi davvero luculliano. Altissima qualità delle materie prime proposte nella loro semplicità e freschezza. Superlativa la zuppa di funghi misti. Ambiente curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia dei vari locali. Buono anche il servizio e la disponibilità del personale nello specificare i particolari del menù e dell'attività aziendale.

11/10/2024: Piatti semplici ma buoni. Il menù non è ricco, a far da padrone appunto è la semplicità dei piatti. Gentilezza del personale al top. Tempi di attesa nella media.
Abbiamo preso dei maccheroni al sugo, buoni. Le tagliatelle ai funghi un po’ insipide, ma nel complesso buone anche quelle.
Grigliata di carne buona.
Prezzo equo.

13/10/2024: Enchanting place on the slopes of Etna in the Randazzo area. The estate is located in an early 1900s villa surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We went to the Feudo Vagliasindi for an aperitif on the splendid terrace overlooking Etna and the sunset. Mrs. Flavia welcomed us with great cordiality and kindness, giving us valuable information on the wines produced by the estate and helping us in choosing the wine that we tasted as an aperitif accompanied by tasty local appetizers, including an exquisite EVO oil. The excellent welcome led us to stop for dinner too, with high quality typical local dishes. The first gem was the visit to the ancient and evocative winery made by one of the owners of the Feudo. Highly recommended!
28/09/2024: A little gem. Maintained historic building. Very pleasant setting, we are surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a view of Etna. Professional and warm welcome. A smile is required and sound advice is provided. Nice sized room, simple and efficient, cleaned carefully every day. Restaurant worth visiting. A generous and mastered local menu. The owner's wines to enjoy, as well as his olive oil. In short, great establishment for exploring around Etna.

21/10/2024: Sunday 20 October 2024, my wife, I and our two cousins went to visit the beautiful churches and the medieval town of Randazzo. Stunning. At around 1.30 pm we went to have lunch at the La Bifora restaurant. Elegant place, kind and attentive staff. We chose the fixed menu of 30 euros per person. They served us an abundant appetizer of cheeses, cured meats and jelly (they made an encore of jelly)! Followed by very tasty macaroni with meat sauce!!! And then sliced veal and sausage with a side of chicory!!! Local wine, water, coca-cola and finally razor clams with ricotta and pistachio. They also offered us bitters and coffee!!! We were satisfied with the warmth of the welcome and the excellent lunch!!! Restaurant in the centre, we will definitely return. Congratulations to the owner and his staff.
