06/11/2025: A typical Sicilian restaurant, the food is excellent, everything is homemade, and the waitress is incredibly kind. 100% recommended.

06/11/2025: A delightful older gentleman who, with just as much heart, cooks and talks about typical regional products. It's worth booking in advance, as everything is cooked exclusively for a given meal, and otherwise you might miss out.

20/10/2025: Superb location, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine. We visited Etna Quota Mille for a family Sunday lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food, wine, and service deserve a 10/10. We can't wait to return.

19/10/2025: Yesterday I came for lunch with a friend. A magnificent place... in addition to the natural beauty that Etna always offers, I found the 1,000-meter-high masseria enchanting. We stopped for lunch, welcomed by the very kind and efficient Desy, whom I also thank for her advice. We had exquisite appetizers, homemade macaroni with ragù, Angus steak, and lemon meatballs. Everything was truly delicious. I will return and bring more friends to enjoy the breathtaking view, the delicious cuisine, and the kindness of Desy and her colleagues. Full marks!!!

06/11/2025: Absolutely unpleasant staff, considering that we didn't speak Italian, no one paid attention to us, and 2 young men sat on a chair and looked at their mobile phones the entire time we were there.

20/10/2025: The waitress was bored and completely disinterested. The young man was busy on his phone. You felt like you were interrupting him. The paninis were then prepared with unwashed hands. Each slice was handled individually with the smartphone hands. 🤢 Enjoy!

08/10/2025: Wonderful dinner. Massively recommend. Excellent, knowledgeable and kind staff; fun atmosphere with a combination of tourists and people who seemed local/regulars. Exceptional lamb tortellini, delicious steak and chef went out their way to make vegan vegetable options. Enjoyed with fantastic wines, and coffee!

02/11/2025: Nice place. Tagliatelle are neither excellent nor infamous. The charcuterie board is decent, but not the high-quality products that would justify a €25 price tag. The pizza is average. You can find better for the same price. I wouldn't go back.

Don't be afraid to tell them your needs; you're sure to find the best solution for you. The quality is unquestionable, and the use of raw materials is very respectful. The value for money is excellent, and credit cards are welcome. Of course, there's a good selection of beers and soft drinks, but no wine. The only dessert is pizza dough, which is fried and served with Nutella and powdered sugar. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop, with indoor or sidewalk seating. Canolo and almond paste are their specialties, but that's not all!

13/08/2025: We had some cannoli during a very quick stop in Randazzo. They were made fresh at the moment, and we all really enjoyed them.

06/10/2025: Delicious pizza! Light and easily digestible dough, super fresh ingredients. Pizzas for all tastes, and best of all, at reasonable prices. Also worth trying are the mixed fried fish... although you'll have a hard time finishing the pizza afterwards! If I had to find a flaw... the packaged desserts aren't great, but you're going for the pizza, not the desserts!

02/10/2025: Discovered by chance on a business trip. Excellent pizza!! Delivery service is prompt and super tech-savvy because they have their own app that can be downloaded from the stores.

07/09/2025: Although difficult to get to, it was worth it in the end. The owner was very kind, the products were delicious and authentic, the appetizers were generous, and the prices were affordable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was a typical Sicilian aristocratic place.

07/09/2025: A small, welcoming, and quaint place with a rich history. There was a large table, and everyone ordered pizza. After waiting almost an hour, the pizza was sparse in ingredients and perhaps a little overcooked; the edges were literally crispy. The service was friendly, but there's room for improvement in every way. I recommend upgrading to a computerized order management system.
