27/12/2024: I went to this place with my family. It is located near the center of Randazzo, so it is very convenient if you want to go for a walk afterwards. The environment is simple. The service is courteous and attentive. The food is plentiful, with quality raw materials and non-obvious combinations.

17/11/2024: Che si mangi bene è ormai una certezza ma un pizzico di attenzione in più verso la velocità del servizio o nel raccogliere le ordinazioni non sarebbe male. Graditi gli stuzzichini iniziali.
Prezzi leggermente superiori al normale ma ci può stare
17/11/2024: Sono andato con 3 amici di sabato e fuori orario, ciò nonostante sono stati disponibilissimi, materia prima ottima, piatti della tradizione proposti in maniera innovativa e in forma gourmet. Locale molto accogliente, ben curato e pulito ricavato in un antico palmento. A fine pasto eravamo così soddisfatti che abbiamo fatto chiamare lo chef per complimentarci.

02/01/2025: While passing through Randazzo, we decided to stop in this pizzeria, and it was a really good choice! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel at ease straight away. The service was impeccable: quick and efficient, without long waits.
We started with a really tasty fried appetizer, but the real star was the pizza! Among the various choices, we opted for a special pizza, suggested by the staff, and I must say that it was a real surprise. An explosion of flavors that left us speechless. You can perceive the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation.
A truly pleasant experience, which I recommend to anyone passing through these parts. Sincere congratulations!

13/11/2024: I moved from Taormina to RIPOSTO and took the long-awaited train around Etna to RANDAZZO, but the Duomo I was looking for was closed and it was cold after the rain, so I stopped at this cafe.
An elderly person made me a delicious cappuccino, and I was able to relax while looking at the wonderful decorations inside the store.
03/11/2024: Authentic cannoli from a bakery that has been in business for over 130 years. The spot breathes history and the person helping us was very kind. We tried the original ricotta version, as well as the chocolate and cream. Would recommend making a stop here for a coffee and some cannolo!

12/10/2024: Decided to go for a pizza for dinner with my friends. We were recommended another place but when we areived we found it closed. I found this place on tripadvisor and decided to pay a visit. There is ample parking space and the entrance leading to the place is not really welcoming. When we entered the place we were greeted immediately and found a table. Place is nothing high class but there is a large selection of pizzas ro choose from and the pizza were delicious. Kitchen was goong non stop for take aways and for inside. Recommend the place for a quick stop and eat something. Wine by the glass was good also.

08/12/2024: Family atmosphere, hospitality and service are good 😊.
As for food, I have always eaten for lunch, excellent appetizers full of excellent cured meats.
The meat is excellent, you can buy it next door, there is a butcher's shop which offers quality and excellent prices.
Personally I didn't eat the first courses, which are abundant on the plates....
The price is affordable in line with quality and service.

You will find bread made with sourdough, cereal or olive breadsticks and excellent desserts, all prepared and cooked in a wood-fired oven by two nice ladies who are passionate about their work and happy that you appreciate their efforts

01/11/2024: Pranzo domenicale a base di funghi davvero luculliano. Altissima qualità delle materie prime proposte nella loro semplicità e freschezza. Superlativa la zuppa di funghi misti. Ambiente curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia dei vari locali. Buono anche il servizio e la disponibilità del personale nello specificare i particolari del menù e dell'attività aziendale.

21/10/2024: Extremely friendly and attentive service, amazing wine selection at reasonable prices, and an extensive selection of food. To start, we had fried potatoes with bacon in a pistachio sauce, followed by burgers with extensive and imaginative toppings. The portions were huge and delicious. The dining area is up some very steep stairs, which could be a problem for some. All in all, a delightful experience.

21/10/2024: Sunday 20 October 2024, my wife, I and our two cousins went to visit the beautiful churches and the medieval town of Randazzo. Stunning. At around 1.30 pm we went to have lunch at the La Bifora restaurant. Elegant place, kind and attentive staff. We chose the fixed menu of 30 euros per person. They served us an abundant appetizer of cheeses, cured meats and jelly (they made an encore of jelly)! Followed by very tasty macaroni with meat sauce!!! And then sliced veal and sausage with a side of chicory!!! Local wine, water, coca-cola and finally razor clams with ricotta and pistachio. They also offered us bitters and coffee!!! We were satisfied with the warmth of the welcome and the excellent lunch!!! Restaurant in the centre, we will definitely return. Congratulations to the owner and his staff.
