We absolutely loved everything about our stay, but the hotel staff truly stood out the most. We haven't experienced such warm and professional service in a very long time. Artisan Excellence stands out for the quality of its ingredients and rigorously artisanal production. The homemade bread is a product from another era. The pizzas and schiacciatas are excellent. The schiacciata, in particular, stands out for its generous toppings. The exterior and interior undoubtedly show signs of age, and a general modernization or restyling of the furnishings could further enhance the product display. However, this historic structure helps preserve a bygone atmosphere, maintaining the typical characteristics of an authentic country bakery, homemade and unadulterated. A highly recommended stop for those who prioritize substance, flavor, and craftsmanship. The quality of the products is excellent.

01/06/2026: Piedimonte Etneo, CT. Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 73. We had pizzas that, besides looking good, also tasted good. We give them a positive review. The dough was light and easy to digest, topped with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and the service was fairly quick. Good value for money at the foot of Mount Etna.

13/04/2026: There were 9 of us for Easter lunch. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and the service excellent. All in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, even though the place was full.

The dishes are light yet rich in flavor, typical of our region and tradition, prepared with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and familiar, perfect for both families and groups of friends. I visited this restaurant today, Sunday, with my family and another couple of friends, and we had a wonderful time. We ate really well, enjoying every course. Our children had a blast and felt at home, just like us. A wonderful experience, enjoyed in a serene and family atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon, and even more often.
