The dough was absolutely perfect, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant, and our special tip is the Pizza Canonico Renna — you simply have to try it! It’s a taste that will stay in your memories forever. 23/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! We stopped at Pasticceria on our way to Mount Etna and it was one of the best breakfast experiences of our trip. Everything was fresh and delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and we even received a lovely complimentary treat. The hospitality made us feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone passing by. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

21/06/2026: Today was our first time at Bar Elios: Stefano D'Amore greeted us, a man who perfectly embodies the meaning of hospitality. In just a few minutes, we felt like guests rather than customers. He told us about his work, the philosophy that guides the establishment, the importance of raw materials, and his unconventional choice to offer a limited number of flavors, crafted with great care. A choice that today requires courage and expertise. He offered us an extraordinary toasted almond granita, intense and authentic, light years away from industrial imitations. Then came a surprising ricotta granita with fig sauce, delicate and elegant, which we decided to take home. Meanwhile, the brioches arrived: soft, fragrant, made with select ingredients and with a quality you can taste from the first bite. And finally, an excellent coffee, served with a care that is increasingly rare nowadays. When there's this much dedication behind a product, the result is evident.

25/07/2026: I've known the bar for several years. Last night, I picked up a Too Good To-Go for the first time. The bag description stated that it would include a hot meal, breakfast, and something else. Pickup is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM. I arrive at the bar around 7:50 PM, and the counter clerk and the owner tell me it's not ready yet and invite me to come back later, but so far, so good. I return at 8:00 PM and the box is ready for pickup. When I get home, I find only breakfast inside, noting that it's not what was described. I promptly call the bar and ask for an explanation, telling them that it's not as described. The owner, very arrogantly, tells me that she can put whatever she wants in it and that she's not obligated to give me information. I see that she doesn't want to listen to reason, so I hang up the phone. However, tasting one of the pieces, I notice that the white cream was also sour. Today I went to the bar to speak with the owner, the lady's husband, a man I've known for several years. He told me that his wife told him everything and that I was rude. He threatened me inside the bar, saying that if I didn't leave, he'd slap me and even call the police. Let me start by saying that I wasn't rude; I simply asserted my rights, trying to explain the situation to the owners, and I only noticed arrogance, presumption, and rudeness on their part. I'd never seen a bar where a customer was even threatened with having to leave. I strongly advise against it; they don't even know what professionalism is. My advice to the owners is to be more polite and that the customer, right or wrong, is always right. I'll attach photos of the order and what I got, minus, obviously, a few pieces that were tasted.
