Very tasty pizza, sandwiches with a variety of fresh toppings, a very comfortable atmosphere, and always helpful and friendly staff!

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the food. A place where you feel comfortable and where I would gladly return. Recommended!

02/03/2026: Slow service, very slow. You walk in and it looks like the cat has died. Not a word, sad faces. Hours pass to serve one person even when no one is there. Phone orders are obviously given priority. Your turn comes. The toppings are counted, not one less, not one more. 8 fries for everyone. If there are 9, they take it away and you pay 6.50 for that sandwich. And I don't know about the others. After eating, I get a terrible stomach ache. I won't be returning to this place again.

15/10/2025: Very nice people working here. I felt like I met some new friends. The pizza and salad I ordered were very good too, but I mostly enjoyed the service.
14/09/2025: There were four of us eating rubbery sandwiches, spoiled ingredients, and burnt pizzas with no dough.
High prices.

04/12/2023: L'unica nota stonata di questo bar,che non ti danno il menù con relativo prezzario,scopri di pagare tutto alla cassa,scarsa comunicazione tra camerieri e chi deve fare pagare il conto,mi è capitato più volte che ordini una cosa che non c'è,ne ordini un'altra ma questa variazione non è segnalata,ma paghi la prima comanda.

12/11/2025: WHEN THE APPRENTICE OUTSTANDS THE MASTER
I was craving a pizza capricciosa (a typical Italian pizza) and decided to stop by Benfatto. To my surprise, I found Riccardo overseeing the pizza preparation (he's usually busy in the sandwich department).
Well, what can I say... when they say the apprentice outshines the master!
The pizza was truly delicious, well-topped, and above all, meticulously crafted, from the baking to the light dough.
Kudos to the entire Benfatto staff for the quality and passion evident in every dish!

19/08/2024: Pranzo di ferragosto terribile. Non era nemmeno programmato che dovessimo venire qua, tra l’altro. Antipasto: bresaola su un letto di lattuga, il tutto scondito; pasta fresca alla norma, che poteva salvarsi ma così non è stato in quanto liscia come la paglia e mi ha fatto male (colpa di nessuno, la pasta fresca non la digerisco; peccato non fosse specificato nel menù, avrei chiesto di cambiarla). Ultima portata, tre polpette/medaglioni usciti male/non l’ho capito di maiale, un po’ amari. Penso fosse colpa della cottura (un po’ crudi dentro per giunta) o della demi-glace.
Di un dolcino di chiusura nemmeno l’ombra.
Il tutto? 30€ a persona.
