Today was our first time at Bar Elios: Stefano D'Amore greeted us, a man who perfectly embodies the meaning of hospitality. In just a few minutes, we felt like guests rather than customers. He told us about his work, the philosophy that guides the establishment, the importance of raw materials, and his unconventional choice to offer a limited number of flavors, crafted with great care. A choice that today requires courage and expertise. He offered us an extraordinary toasted almond granita, intense and authentic, light years away from industrial imitations. Then came a surprising ricotta granita with fig sauce, delicate and elegant, which we decided to take home. Meanwhile, the brioches arrived: soft, fragrant, made with select ingredients and with a quality you can taste from the first bite. And finally, an excellent coffee, served with a care that is increasingly rare nowadays. When there's this much dedication behind a product, the result is evident.

We've been buying exclusively from Elios for years now. Their desserts and cakes are incredibly delicious. One of my favorite cakes is the Savaren baba dessert, which truly deserves five stars, but their other desserts are also exceptional. Any request will be fulfilled.
