We would have given it 6/5 if that would have been possible. Excellent cuisine, efficient, classy and friendly service. The dishes are of great finesse with quality and local products. The flavors are present, the Sicilian touch is well represented in the dishes and that's what we wanted. The service is provided by waiters who speak Italian and English. The room is very beautiful, nicely decorated and the piano in the background music is pleasant. We sincerely hope that you will obtain the Michelin star!😉

Semplicemente sublime. Per la nostra famiglia una cena all’anno da Elia è una tappa immancabile, Negli ultimi 8 anni abbiamo esplorato itinerari gastronomici della tradizione rivisitati con la fantasia e sapienza di un giovane e talentuoso Chef che meriterebbe una stella ⭐️ già da diversi anni. Elia riesce a farci mangiare con piacere cose che non amiamo, rende sublime anche alimenti come lingua o zuzzu (gelatina di maiale). Semplicemente sublime.

Dall accoglienza al servizio tutto assolutamente impeccabile. Lo chef è di livello stellare, meriterebbe la doppia stella. I piatti sono perfettamente armonizzati e non ho trovato le sbavature, neppure quelle accidentali, sulle quali tanti altri potrebbero inciampare. Ci andiamo una volta l anno ed è sempre più sorprendente
