Update after 3 weeks traveling all over Sicily: These were truly the best ice cream in a brioche and the best aranchini!!!

Try the parmigiana: a delight in the mouth, melting and succulent. A big thank you to Carmelita for the quality of her welcome, and for her mother's delicious cooking.

07/11/2025: What a fantastic experience! The restaurant offers an incredible selection of wines — the staff clearly knows their bottles and helps you pick the perfect match for your meal. The ragù was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had: rich, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The tartufo pasta was equally amazing, with just the right balance of truffle aroma and creaminess. The setting is warm and elegant without feeling pretentious, making it perfect for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, wine, and atmosphere.

24/08/2025: We arrived today to visit this small village recommended by a friend, and we noticed this trattoria in an alley. Intrigued by the slightly vintage sign, we asked if we could eat there, and the girl who welcomed us was simply extraordinary. A true Sicilian, we ordered the menu of the day, a delicious, spicy chicken with salad and potatoes, and I also ordered grilled vegetables. What can I say?
Compliments to these guys (from the chef and everyone involved), a family-run establishment. Giving it five stars is an understatement. Highly recommended.
16/08/2025: Nestled among ancient alleys with seemingly haphazardly arranged yet truly picturesque tables, this delicatessen offers a few excellent dishes (meat and seasonal vegetables) whose simplicity and pure flavor are truly rare these days. A warm welcome and extremely polite service. Congratulations!!

21/10/2025: Fun little course, playing portion of the course is well maintained. Hills, dog legs, and narrows to navigate. Didn't stay at resort, but the Club facility was very nice. Nice locker rooms and bath rooms. Service was exceptional. Great overseas golfing experience. Hope to do it again soon.

15/11/2025: Actually a nice spot for a night. €20. The owners were hardly friendly, but the wine was very good. Very annoying: A large, very aggressive white dog "guards its territory," meaning it bites the tires as soon as you drive in; you'd better not let it walk around! The owners couldn't care less. P.S.: I've had large dogs myself, but this is unacceptable!! I wouldn't recommend this place. P.P.S.: The gate was locked in the morning, with no information on how to open it. Only after an endless honking of the horn did someone finally arrive.

Among chestnut and pomegranate trees, and authentic scents, it's the ideal place for those seeking well-being and a break from the routine. The welcome is warm: the people are kind, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommended for families with children—a little corner of paradise where you can completely recharge. 🌿✨

09/06/2025: Classico posto con qualità veramente bassa e prezzi altissimi dove l’obiettivo è solo quello di “spennare” il cliente.
Spiace quando una realtà locale si trasforma in un luogo inavvicinabile. Probabilmente il format qualità bassa e prezzi così alti ha come target i turisti ignari di tutto. Sarebbe bene stare lontani da posti così. Da evitare!
05/06/2025: Service lackluster. The orange fennel salad had a green worm (Alive and still crawling) in it. Regret I did not take a photo. Told the uncaring female server who suggested it could have flown in (it is CRAWLING, 0.8cm at best and no way it can fly or carried by the wind). She shrugged. Zero apologies. Stay well clear of this place.

12/01/2025: Il posto è bellissimo, il camino che scalda la sala, tutto così meraviglioso. La signora Cinzia è una persona meravigliosa, gentile, accogliente attenta a tutto. Ci ha serviti e coccolati dal primo istante in cui siamo arrivati fino alla fine. Piatti tutti caserecci e fatti freschi, super abbondanti e super buoni. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100% torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo assolutamente questo ristorante per chi vuole sentirsi a casa, mangiando bene.

27/04/2025: Per quanto si possa cercare un locale sulla base delle recensioni, il miglior feedback resta sempre quello dato dalla struttura in cui soggiorni (grazie Vincenzo). Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo piatti davvero ottimi, incluso un fuori menù al quale il personale si è fatto trovare pronto. Ottimi gli antipasti misti, un mixer di sapori del borgo fantastici. Grigliata mista e maccheroni della casa davvero ottimi. Complimenti e grazie per la disponibilità nell assecondare le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo.
10/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante ubicato nel centro del paese, ottimi ed abbondanti tutte le portate, servizio gentilissimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma , non so 5 stelle perché i dessert non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e precisamente il parfait di mandorle e la cassata

19/01/2025: Deludente!!! Leggendo le recensioni e vedendo le foto dei piatti avevamo alte aspettative ma nella realtà i piatti lasciavamo davvero a desiderare!!!! (Vedasi foto allegate).
24/11/2024: Locale rustico, tavola ben apparecchiata e servizio cordiale ed attento.
Siamo rimaste deluse dalla ridotta scelta di piatti nel menù (on line avevamo letto e visto piatti autunnali differenti), la casa propone 3 antipasti di cui due taglieri, tre primi e quattro secondi.
Abbiamo preso una zuppa di funghi con crostini di pane, due primi differenti (linguine ai funghi e una pasta con ragù di bufala) e come secondo maialino con i funghi.
Le porzioni abbondanti e i funghi buoni per quanto non freschi ma abbattuti (funghi locali) purtroppo i piatti risultavano al palato sciapi e con gli ingredienti poco legati tra loro.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo altino proprio per questa nota dolente nella preparazione. Vino locale discreto, attesa lunga nonostante il numero esiguo di clienti.
