17/07/2025: Kindness and courtesy are becoming increasingly rare. Working as a rider, I see many places, so I have enough evidence to confirm this. I needed to top up my Hype account and had a problem. I thought there was nothing I could do, especially since other places had told me the same thing. The girl at the cashier helped me with a slightly more cumbersome but effective procedure. Other places didn't do this (I don't know if it was due to laziness or lack of knowledge).

19/12/2025: We had breakfast at this very welcoming café. Everything was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

19/01/2026: When tradition marries innovation, when passion for your work drives you to experiment, to create combinations of flavors, unique doughs, when the raw materials are carefully selected (Piacenza blue cheese), well, the result cannot disappoint. In a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere, this pizzeria is a place to discover, recommend, and help grow. It was a truly positive experience; I highly recommend trying the special doughs (black rice, fennel and squid ink, spirulina, and cereals: corn flour, lupin, and sunflower seeds).

05/04/2026: Excellent family lunch, authentic atmosphere, and fair prices We visited this trattoria on Saturday for lunch as a group of 9, including 3 children. The experience was decidedly positive and satisfying. Highlights: Quality and Price: The prices are fair and transparent, with first courses ranging between €10 and €15. Generous portions and authentic flavors. Service and Atmosphere: Despite it being a Saturday, the place wasn't overly crowded, and we didn't wait too long to be served, which is a big plus when there are a large group. Style: It's an old-fashioned trattoria, very casual and without frills. Ideal for those looking for substance and a homey atmosphere. In short, an excellent option for a large group who want to eat well without spending a fortune. Recommended for a relaxed lunch out of town!

22/03/2026: Excellent food, nothing to complain about, from appetizers to desserts, but it's not worth waiting literally two hours for a first course. The waitress who brought the drinks was very kind and friendly, but the others, including the owners, don't know what it means to respect customers; they're rude, snobbish, and even presumptuous. I recommend it, only because the food is good; otherwise, you could have asked... hire more staff or reduce the number of tables!

31/03/2026: I arrived with a flat tire (the bolts were hard for me to unscrew)...the staff was incredibly kind, they helped me find a solution until they hired Mr. Giovanni (husband of an employee), who fortunately arrived at that moment, and who "saved" me! ...Mr. Giovanni and your courteous employees...I will repay you, and it will certainly be a pleasant stopover on my travels!

06/01/2026: Pizza delivery was an hour late, the products were poor quality and hard to digest! And they were rude and arrogant, too. Highly not recommended. P.S. There are pizzerias in the same area with better quality and price.

01/08/2025: Panineria Smile is a real guarantee! The staff is extremely courteous, always smiling, and ready to satisfy every request with professionalism. But the real highlight is the grilled sandwiches with meat and meatballs, prepared over live charcoal, as per Catania tradition. The flavor is authentic, intense, and truly irresistible. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a passion for every bite. A must-try for anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home. Highly recommended!

22/10/2025: I'm leaving a very positive review to publicly thank the staff for their extremely kind and thoughtful approach in recovering and storing my phone, which I'd forgotten in the restroom. A simple phone call, without any waiting, was all it took to arrange storage and pick up. Thanks again!
