18/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Pizzeria "Al Monterosso" in Viagrande and was struck by the authenticity of the flavors. Although the location may appear dated and not particularly elegant, the focus immediately shifts to what really matters: the food and the service.
The staff is exceptional, kind and attentive, always ready to recommend the best of the menu with a passion that shines through in every detail.
The restaurant's true strength is undoubtedly the mushroom dishes. I ordered a pizza with very fresh porcini mushrooms, and their flavor was unmistakable, a sign of superior quality. The dough was good, but it was the mushrooms that made the experience unforgettable. Beyond the pizza, the staff's recommendations were invaluable for savoring other dishes where freshness and careful preparation are the key features.
The quality of the products absolutely justify the value for money, even if it's not a cheap place.
I highly recommend the "Al Monterosso" restaurant to anyone looking for authentic flavors and impeccable service, without over-emphasizing the decor. It's the ideal place for a tasteful evening.

Aside from the fact that we ate a lot, and it was excellent at a really good price, the location is really nice and well-kept.
The staff is very friendly.

17/07/2025: Kindness and courtesy are becoming increasingly rare. Working as a rider, I see a lot of places, so I have enough evidence to confirm this. I needed to top up my Hype account and had a problem. I thought there was nothing I could do, especially since other places had told me the same thing. The girl at the cashier helped me with a slightly more cumbersome but effective procedure. Other places didn't do this (I don't know if it was due to laziness or lack of knowledge).

14/10/2025: A typical trattoria where you can enjoy delicious traditional Sicilian dishes. The food is excellent and fresh, you can see it and taste it, but everything is overshadowed by the long, very long, interminable waits. For rustic appetizers (cured meats, cheeses, olives, and caponata), which were all cold and pre-made, we waited over 50 minutes. The first courses arrived very quickly by comparison, but for a table of seven, they arrived in four rounds, 20 minutes apart. The last rice dish arrived after the first course had already digested. We didn't leave because it was 4 PM and we wouldn't have found anything else. This is unacceptable. We eat together; the courses for a table should all be served at once. We had also ordered second courses, but due to the long wait, we had to ask to cancel the order.
They leave a note on the table informing us of the long wait, but I find this absurd. The kitchen is probably small and can't handle the number of diners in the dining room. Well, they're reducing the number of tables and offering better, more adequate service. Because as good as the food is, at the thought of having to endure hours of waiting for a simple plate of pasta and an appetizer, I'd rather give it up.
14/10/2025: We organized a Saturday evening and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The pizzas were delicious, with excellent dough and perfectly cooked. The staff was kind and friendly.

15/07/2025: Excellent and rare place for standard ballroom dancing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and available to everyone (even the most demanding). The pizzas and appetizers are excellent. There's ample parking with a friendly valet. The only flaw is the concrete floor, which is very well-polished but not very slippery...! The friendly, kind, and relaxed clubbers are highly recommended.
15/06/2025: The evening was dedicated to group dancing, fixed price of 17 euros with a taste of pasta plus pizza of your choice or a second course of meat or a salad. Kind and welcoming
