09/10/2025: I've eaten there three out of four times. I've tried both the pasta dishes and the take-out arancini. Everything is delicious. Truly excellent food. The service is prompt and courteous. For take-out, they provide a paper bag, cutlery, and napkins. A must-try here in Caltanissetta.

I went to _N’Arancina Speciale_ last night and... wow. I tried so many different types of arancini, each one better than the last. By the end, I was so full I couldn't even get up! The taste is incredible; each arancini has its own personality and wins you over at first bite.
Plus, there's a beautiful soul behind this project: inclusion, attention to local ingredients, and a social impact you can feel. It's not just food for on the go, it's a heartwarming experience.
A must-see if you're in Caltanissetta. Kudos to the entire staff!

It's run by a couple who are dedicated to their work and make their customers feel at home. They're also open in the evenings (except Wednesdays) with outdoor seating and a terrace.
