18/08/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We got around 10:00. We took a lane to play number 9, which was malfunctioning, and that's not all. The lanes were asymmetrical (the ball always went in the opposite direction you pointed it). Really unpleasant. They didn't have a change machine, and they have games from year 0. Take other bowling alleys as an example.

06/06/2026: This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. My family and I arrived at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast, after a journey of about an hour and a half. From the moment we entered, we sensed a harassed attitude from the staff, likely because they were still busy cleaning the stations. While I understand the need to perform these tasks, it's unacceptable for customers to be made to feel like a nuisance during opening hours. My mother went to the bathroom and, despite her extremely polite approach to the cleaning lady, was treated rudely. About half an hour later, needing to use the bathroom as well, I approached the door to see which was available and already cleaned. Before I'd even entered, I was rudely reprimanded and asked to use the other bathroom. I find it unacceptable to be treated rudely after having eaten breakfast with four other people. I fully understand the work of those in charge of cleaning, but respect for customers should be a priority for all staff. It's a shame, because a simple smile and a little courtesy would have made the experience completely different. I advise management to pay more attention to training and customer relations management.

19/03/2026: Guys, if you need to order a pizza or something else, I recommend ordering a day in advance. Absolute slowness means a delay of not just a small amount, but hours.
