The pizzas were delicious; they were the best we've eaten in Sicily. They were generously topped and really inexpensive. The dough was excellent, and every dish we saw was tempting!
Plus, the young waiters were great! I definitely recommend them.

10/06/2025: We have been frequenting Fauzzeria for a while and we especially appreciate the quality of the pizzas, made with special flours and refined ingredients. I think it is the best vegetarian pizza I have ever eaten: truly excellent. The seasonal pizzas are often original and well done.
The only criticism about the Norcina pizza: the ingredients do not seem to be up to par with the rest of the menu.
The prices are slightly above average, but the quality justifies them. Only note: the pizzas tend to leave you a bit thirsty.

18/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was poor quality, and even more disappointing was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the girl taking orders. I understand that the job can be stressful, but a minimum amount of courtesy towards customers should be expected. I don't recommend it.

20/08/2025: Found a really good pizza in a small side street in the old town.
The dough was nice and fluffy, the crust crispy, and the ingredients fresh.
Service was friendly and quick.
Good value for money, absolutely recommended if you're traveling in Sicily.
18/08/2025: A relatively good experience, the food was excellent, and the price/quality ratio was fair. The only complaint I have is the service: the wait was interminable. We sat down at the table and it took 20 minutes for them to set the table. After another 20 minutes, we ordered drinks, and after another hour, the pizzas arrived. It's not acceptable to wait just over an hour for just two pizzas, considering the low number of customers at the restaurant.

28/10/2025: We had lunch at this seaside restaurant this summer; I'm only writing about it now for technical reasons. Interminable waits, poor service, waiters whistling at each other, a truly awful scene, not to mention the food, which was truly subpar and overpriced. It's especially disappointing considering the location, which is truly wonderful.
21/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a sea view that makes the experience even more special. The dishes are all delicious, meticulously prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, from the rich and varied appetizers to the truly flavorful pasta with clams. Impeccable service, and the friendly and attentive staff make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food in a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the sea.

06/10/2025: Passing by, we ordered a medium beer with a small appetizer plate and a coffee. Served at a table in this beautiful marina, we paid €5.20. I asked if they included everything, and was told yes. I asked again after two hours.
24/09/2025: The seating is very nice and quiet, right by the marina.
Drinks are reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, the female waitress isn't very friendly. She seems personally offended by every order. English doesn't get you very far.
It's a shame; we've always dealt with friendly people.

09/08/2025: We ordered takeout for 10 identical homemade pizzas. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were told they were ready, but they arrived at 10:30 PM!!! Be more organized and respect your customers.

01/10/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place, thanks to the friendly and professional waiters. We asked the owner for advice on what to eat, and he brought us some delicious appetizers, including excellent fish meatballs. For our first course, we tried spaghetti with shrimp and trofie with pesto and shrimp, both of which were also exceptional, and the fish was super fresh. I recommend it to everyone, truly excellent.

29/09/2025: The pasta was quite good, but the grilled meat platter was a no-brainer. Upon entering, we were told it wasn't a pizzeria but a restaurant, meaning they didn't serve pizza. Half the menu was pizza. Since we didn't want pizza, but pasta, we tried it without checking reviews. If we had checked beforehand, we wouldn't have gone in.
P.S. The house wine was really bad... as if it had gone off the rails. We didn't take any photos of the food.
26/09/2025: Beautiful location with lackluster service. The food seemed old and reheated. Boiled shrimp and clams were very tough. Old? No spices or oil on the table despite the salad. Missed opportunity.
