04/04/2025: At least once in your life you must live the "Musciora" experience. Starting from the welcome of the waiter, who, in addition to doing his job in the best possible way, will accompany you throughout the experience, telling you about the dishes and their flavours. Really quiet place, with great chill music in the background. The prices are obviously high, but if you go to live these experiences, you know that for every dish there is a study, and you will eat things that you will never find in other places. The route was excellent, we personally tried the country route.. Only two things were not to my liking, and I speak on a personal level, "the olive" full of oil inside, a little too invasive inside the mouth, (even though the oil with THEIR BREAD was EXCELLENT), and too much truffle on the culurgiones, which covered their flavor too much. All the remaining dishes were fabulous, up until the desserts. Many people (who haven't tried it) say that with Gurmet cuisine you go home still hungry, I assure you that I returned home staggering from satiety. Congratulations to all the staff and the chefs. Optimal !

18/04/2025: We stumbled upon this wine bar to escape the rain and it was a great decision. The owner, Domenico, was a lovely host and curated a wine tasting evening for us. He took the time to explain all the Sardegna wines and regions and suggested others based on our preferences. He also went around to each table and offered some small snacks. Great experience!

Halfway through the meal, accompanying side dishes are served which break up the flavor of the meat a little and at the same time enhance its taste. The type of picagna served with mango sauce is excellent!

The only negative aspect that you may find is having to go early, because by going late in the morning the customers will have already emptied everything and you will only leave with a great disappointment. In my opinion the best bakery in the city.

18/03/2025: I used this business for a small catering and it was an excellent choice. All genuine and fresh products. I also recommend it for the courtesy and professionalism shown given that I needed the catering on Monday and despite the weekly closing day they still provided an impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2025: The owner or whoever answers the phone as well as being quite rude, after calling at 7.30pm to order the pizza with a hypothetical delivery at 9pm (never arrived!) after calling back to check that the pizza had arrived she clearly said that she had lost the order and had to process it and deliver it so the pizza would arrive by 10pm! It's not the first time that both telephone arrogance and delay have happened! It's a shame because the pizzas are very good if they don't burn them.... Since it also happened that the burnt pizzas arrived...

12/02/2025: Pizzeria found by chance while passing through Alghero, it was an excellent discovery! Delicious pizza, well cooked, digestible and with quality ingredients. Exceptional staff.

26/04/2025: When passion and professionalism make the difference!! Their interpretation of paella is excellent, the freshness of the fish used is immediately evident. Simple and genuine processes but never banal and above all with full respect for the raw materials. Empathetic service and attention to detail. Prices absolutely average for the experience they manage to bring to the table. Really congratulations 👏

25/04/2025: The restaurant is located on a small street in the historic center. We had the tasting menu. The selection of starters was varied. The paella is perfect and generous, a real treat.

28/04/2025: The food was delicious, we ate the "Goodbye" pizza, which was delicious, and the Sardinian dessert. The menu is also available in Polish. The owners were fantastic ❤️ we felt very good. We recommend!

23/04/2025: Amazing place, probably the top restaurant in Alghero. Exquisite food, reasonably priced and top notch service. We went twice in our six day stay it really was that good. It was certainly busy, which is always a good sign even though many other restaurants were closed, not that it affected the service, though. Simply the best combination of everything!

Typical Sardinian food, very homemade and well cooked. Very warm and cozy place with cute decoration... better inside than on its large terrace, but always to taste delicious antipasti with Sardinian pedigree, exquisite fish dishes, and typical Sardinian pasta cooked to perfection, and one of the most seductive wine lists, for its great selection of wines from the island and Alghero.
