04/04/2025: At least once in your life you must live the "Musciora" experience. Starting from the welcome of the waiter, who, in addition to doing his job in the best possible way, will accompany you throughout the experience, telling you about the dishes and their flavours. Really quiet place, with great chill music in the background. The prices are obviously high, but if you go to live these experiences, you know that for every dish there is a study, and you will eat things that you will never find in other places. The route was excellent, we personally tried the country route.. Only two things were not to my liking, and I speak on a personal level, "the olive" full of oil inside, a little too invasive inside the mouth, (even though the oil with THEIR BREAD was EXCELLENT), and too much truffle on the culurgiones, which covered their flavor too much. All the remaining dishes were fabulous, up until the desserts. Many people (who haven't tried it) say that with Gurmet cuisine you go home still hungry, I assure you that I returned home staggering from satiety. Congratulations to all the staff and the chefs. Optimal !

Good professionalism in the service, but for those who already know the food and wine wonders of Sardinia, many words are unnecessary. The only flaw: there is no card/list and it is not possible to know the cost of the drink/wine you choose, a shame especially for foreign tourists. In any case, an experience worth trying!

24/03/2025: I think that Trigu is the pizzeria par excellence, pizza reigns supreme in every sense, with attention to the smallest details, beautiful to look at and very good to eat... I was struck by the taste of the tasty and tasty ingredients... congratulations to the pizza chefs. The staff is kind and courteous, you immediately notice that good humor reigns, for me the atmosphere is top notch, soft music with an adequate volume served as the background for the whole evening. 20/03/2025: Wide choice of meats, of excellent quality, served by friendly and always smiling staff. Halfway through the meal, accompanying side dishes are served which break up the flavor of the meat a little and at the same time enhance its taste. The type of picagna served with mango sauce is excellent!

The only negative aspect that you may find is having to go early, because by going late in the morning the customers will have already emptied everything and you will only leave with a great disappointment. In my opinion the best bakery in the city.

18/03/2025: I used this business for a small catering and it was an excellent choice. All genuine and fresh products. I also recommend it for the courtesy and professionalism shown since the catering was needed on Monday and despite the weekly closing day they still provided a service and in an impeccable manner. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2025: The owner or whoever answers the phone as well as being quite rude, after calling at 7.30pm to order the pizza with a hypothetical delivery at 9pm (never arrived!) after calling back to check that the pizza had arrived she clearly said that she had lost the order and had to process it and deliver it so the pizza would arrive by 10pm! It's not the first time that both telephone arrogance and delay have happened! It's a shame because the pizzas are very good if they don't burn them.... Since it also happened that the burnt pizzas arrived...

12/02/2025: Pizzeria found by chance while passing through Alghero, it was an excellent discovery! Delicious pizza, well cooked, digestible and with quality ingredients. Exceptional staff.

26/03/2025: Recommended by the hotel where we stayed, never a better choice than this!!! They welcomed us with a welcome drink, delicious! We ordered the raw seafood (oysters, red shrimp, tuna tartar and scampi) exceptional, very fresh and top quality fish, which exceeded our expectations.... followed by the paella which confirmed the expectations. To finish the desserts, excellent Catalan cream like no other and semifreddo aftereight & divine licorice... attentive but not intrusive service, pleasant atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

10/04/2025: Raccomandati da amici io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati in questo bellissimo locale del centro storico; posto molto carino e curato, lo staff gentile e caloroso, per non parlare dei piatti, un tripudio di colori e sapori incredibili, anche la presentazione delle pietanze fa venire l'acquolina in bocca e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Se passate per Alghero vi consiglio caldamente di fare tappa qui, non ve ne pentirete.
