22/02/2025: Una de las mejores comidas que he tenido. Cada plato fue increíble con combinaciones de sabores nunca experimentadas. Tuvimos el menú de degustación de carne y vinos a juego, tan buena relación calidad-precio y la experiencia en el restaurante fue encantadora.

15/02/2025: Un'esperienza culinaria che lascia la voglia di tornare e provare gusti nuovi. Il sapore dei prodotti tutti rigorosamente locali e di alta qualità parlavano da soli. Un tripudio di sapori e una combinazione di tecniche raffinate hanno dato vita a piatti unici nel loro genere. Un servizio attento e premuroso con una conoscenza del menù e dei vini impeccabile. Torneremo a provare il menù di carne. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza!

Good professionalism in the service, but for those who already know the food and wine wonders of Sardinia, many words are unnecessary. The only flaw: there is no card/list and it is not possible to know the cost of the drink/wine you choose, a shame especially for foreign tourists. In any case, an experience worth trying!

26/10/2024: Cette petite rue magnifique nous a donné envie de nous arrêter prendre une petit verre. Nous sommes tombés sur MON BAR BISTROT, c'était une belle surprise 🤩 Un patron " Dominique" trés commerçant qui sait prendre soin de ses clients. Il fait goûter différents vins pour nous permettre de choisir, donne des explications sur ses produits. Une planche de fromages et charcuteries avec de très bon produits et des associations qui relèvent les goûts. Une découverte incroyable. Merci pour tout.

14/02/2025: Seen from the outside it would seem like a small suburban pizzeria, once inside you enter a world of flavors and sensations all typical of Sardinia, excellent pizzas with ingredients that come from all over the island, quality artisanal beers and wines, sweet dulcis in fundu and enchanting flavors of Sardinia. Congratulations for this little gem in the city of Alghero

23/01/2025: Serata fantastica...ingredienti ricercati e di ottima qualità...la pizza era gustosa, particolare e digeribilissima. Menù originale, ricco di proposte nuove e buonissime...si percepisce ad ogni morso l'attenzione, la cura e l'Amore con cui ogni piatto è servito.

26/10/2024: This magnificent little street made us want to stop for a little drink. We came across MY BAR BISTROT, it was a nice surprise 🤩 A very commercial boss "Dominique" who knows how to take care of his customers. He tastes different wines to allow us to choose, gives explanations about his products. A board of cheeses and charcuterie with very good products and combinations that enhance tastes. An incredible discovery. Thanks for everything.

02/01/2025: Very good food. Great variety of Sardinian pasta. Very good and friendly service. The place is very well decorated, very cozy, the terrace is very nice with views of the sea.

21/12/2024: We were lucky enough to find a place for lunch even though we hadn't booked (which I highly recommend doing). The food was excellent, as was the service. We had lunch on the patio with a beautiful view of the sea. We ate: mixed seafood starter (for two) which includes, among other things, mussels au gratin with courgettes (excellent) and various delicious fish dishes. Spaghetti all'Algherese and a slice of tuna in a pistachio crust, top marks. Splendid experience to do again as soon as possible

18/02/2025: We returned for the second time and will return. Friendly staff. Good tasting of appetizers presented by the waitress, excellent first courses with homemade pasta, with very fresh condiments. Prices commensurate with quality. Advised

10/02/2025: The restaurant boasts at the entrance with a beautiful sign that it uses only fresh products. On the first page of the menu it is emphasized that the products used are all fresh. Moral of the story, I order the seafood fregola at the price of 18 euros with a nice Argentinian prawn and squid rings that are definitely frozen, rubbery, tasteless and hard.... It's a shame because it was also cooked well. I also doubt that the fregola was home-made but in this case I am not sure. I have certainty regarding the other ingredients mentioned. I attach photos!

09/01/2025: Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana nella bella cittadina di Alghero e domenica scorsa per cena abbiamo prenotato nella trattoria da Mirko. Appena entrati nel locale siamo stati accolti dai gestori con molto gentilezza e garbo, che ci hanno accompagnati al tavolo, presentandoci i piatti con molta professionalità. La cena servita è stata eccellente. La fregola ai frutti di mare, super abbondante con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. L'atmosfera che si respira nel locale è accogliente e intima. Abbiamo tanto apprezzato la dedizione, la competenza e la professionalità del personale. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per la calorosa accoglienza e l'ospitalità ricevuta. Siamo stati veramente bene, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Anna Rita e Giuseppe.

22/02/2025: The owner or whoever answers the phone as well as being quite rude, after calling at 7.30pm to order the pizza with a hypothetical delivery at 9pm (never arrived!) after calling back to check that the pizza had arrived she clearly said that she had lost the order and had to process it and deliver it so the pizza would arrive by 10pm! It's not the first time that both telephone arrogance and delay have happened! It's a shame because the pizzas are very good if they don't burn them.... Since it also happened that the burnt pizzas arrived...

12/02/2025: Pizzeria found by chance while passing through Alghero, it was an excellent discovery! Delicious pizza, well cooked, digestible and with quality ingredients. Exceptional staff.
