22/05/2025: We enjoyed both our meals and the magnificent view of the port of San Paolo and the island of Talavora. The restaurant is charming and the food is delicious. Good value for money, not to be missed.
20/05/2025: The food and wine were very good and local. The service was very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

Location sempre curata, pulita.
Con Roberto, la sua famiglia , e Marco, ci si sente sempre a casa ed a proprio agio.
Il menù è quello tipico degli agriturismi locali , la differenza la qualità nel piatto e l’attenzione all’accoglienza ed al cliente .
La cartellati degli antipasti è infinita, salumi, formaggi, fritti di verdure fatti in modi diversi , per arrivare alle strepitose lumache ed alla trippa che per me meritano un plauso particolare .
Poi, a seguire i primi , sempre ottimi ed abbondanti, oggi erano ravioli di ricotta , e macarones de busara.
Per arrivare alle costine ed al maialetto classico entrambi speciali.
A chiudere panna cotta come se piovesse
Con Caffè e bottiglia di mirto e filu ferru senza limiti.
30/03/2025: Posto ideale per un pranzo in compagnia, piatti abbondanti e ottimi, antipasti con il sapore di una volta, non il solito maialetto ma qualcosa di speciale, sugo di cinghiale da sogno, seadas particolarmente leggere e saporite, vino buono ecc. Ecc. Da provare almeno una volta nella vita.

25/05/2025: Don't be put of by the basic furniture. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel across the road, Felix. Food is excellent, staff really friendly, prices sensible for food and drink. We ended up visiting four times as we felt we would not get better Italian food anywhere else in town. All staff happy and friendly. Usually Sardinian's in there, a good sign.

13/10/2024: Pure relaxation. The hotel is secluded, making it very quiet. The staff, from the cleaning team to the waiters, were truly amazing. Unfortunately, we can only give it 5 stars. Everything was just perfect. Special praise goes to the kitchen staff; there wasn't a single day where something wasn't right on the menu. They are true artists at work. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back.

13/10/2024: I absolutely fell in love with this place. I don't have the words to describe it: a haven of peace.
I went during the off-season, and it was calm, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

15/05/2025: Although very quiet (two tables) we really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, great tasty pizzas and local wine, impeccable service and a very reasonable price! Chapeau!!

After debating the restaurant across the street, which we ultimately deemed too noisy, we settled on this one.
While the setting is pleasant with decor typical of an Italian inn, we were disappointed.
The cocktail was very under-served, the spaghetti vongole bland (it definitely wasn't fresh, homemade pasta), and the squid, while good, lacked a bit of seasoning for my taste.
For dessert, we chose the local specialty (seadas), which resembles Babybel in puff pastry.
Whether it was poor mastery or a matter of taste, I'll let you be the judge, but we didn't like the ending.
Finally, at €80 for two people (note: service is extra: €3.50 per person), I found it very (too) expensive for this level of cuisine. Regarding the service, it's mixed: a very pleasant manager but a waitress who doesn't speak (or doesn't make the effort to speak) English.
It's a shame, because the place could be really pleasant with less flashy, simpler, and more authentic cuisine.

03/06/2025: Truly unique experience, spectacular location, the open kitchen drove me crazy, seeing the two chefs prepare the menu. The waiters were very friendly and the white myrtle was spectacular. We will definitely be back

16/05/2025: Het was echt een slechte beleving, goed verwelkomd, maar nadien ging het alleen maar bergaf.
Geen service meer, enkel wachten en toen we bestelden was alles er binnen de 5 min en moesten we direct weg voor tafel vrij te maken. Pizza was lekker maar koud.

Ci hanno consigliato questo locale per non andare direttamente subito in un agriturismo...e dobbiamo dire che siamo stati serviti molto bene,piatti curati e pesce fresco
Il titolare molto simpatico ed alla mano... premuroso e allegro.Stranamente i sardi sono di indole chiusa e poco empatici...abbiamo vissuto momenti poco piacevoli in ristoranti in zona tempo fa'!)
Siamo rimasti contenti anche del conto che credavamo fosse più alto.
Il vino fresco e profumato ...direi cena molto soddisfacente.
Da ritornarci....e grazie dell' ospitalità! Finalmente qualcuno che ti sorride!!🙏💯

24/05/2025: So we had dinners at Michelin rated restaurants on the island and my wife and I both agree 100% that this was a better experience and better food! The staff was friendly. The first time we went there we didn’t have reservations and they made it work and the second time we didn’t have reservations and they made it work again even though they were very busy. Gigi (Luigi) and Manuela speaks wonderful English. We also enjoyed the fact that there were no other English speakers there and most of the customers were local or at least European. By the way, across from the restaurant there is a little local bar where Gianpietro will make you very happy for happy hour before dinner!
16/05/2025: Die Pizza war sehr hart, kaum mit dem Messer zu schneiden. Der rote Hauswein nicht zu trinken. Für uns war es nicht empfehlenswert

The myrtle they make at home is amazing and the suckling pig is the best I have ever eaten, they cook it and cut it on sight. The two waitresses were kind and super helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Rustic place! Don't be a pussy and eat with your hands, we're not at Cracco's
10/09/2024: Perfect piglet! Cooked just right, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Everyone is very kind! I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but I was really satisfied and the bill was also fair for the quality food he brought us! Oh I forgot the pig and it needs to be booked the day before. !

Two bottles of wine, some snacks (not ordered), and a burger, all mediocre at best: €120 (in words: one hundred and twenty euros).
One bottle: €48.
At the Hotel Faro, 300 meters away, I paid €7 (seven euros) for a bottle (a rather better wine).
Beautiful area, but this rip-off (a different term would be more appropriate) should be avoided.
02/06/2025: Pasta does not justify the price @26€ per person.
Robbery at its best.

25/04/2025: Ho preso un panino con le verdure per pranzo.
Mia madre, entrata prima, ha chiesto il prezzo e le è stato detto 8€ sia per il panino con i salumi che per quello con le verdure. Sono entrata, ho preso il panino con le verdure e abbiamo pagato 10€ anziché 8€.
Chiaramente non è un problema pagare 2€ in più, ma sono stata presa in giro. Prezzo deciso sicuramente al momento. La signora si è rivolta in modo MALEDUCATISSIMO e comunque i prezzi sono alti. Non consiglio per niente.
24/04/2025: Location molto bella, a veramente pochi metri dal mare. Devo riconoscere che le ostriche (sicuramente di Olbia) erano ottime. Per quanto riguarda gli altri piatti mi dispiace che non ci sia nemmeno l’ombra di un prodotto locale, usare i gamberi argentini L1, astice canadese e scampi probabilmente Madagascar è veramente triste e sopratutto fuori luogo, sopratutto per i prezzi che vengono applicati. Pagherei volentieri ciò che ho pagato o anche di più, ma per mangiare materie prime locali, avendo il mare a neanche 2 metri di distanza.
Sicuramente da migliorare alcuni aspetti del servizio, per esempio sarebbe auspicabile che i camerieri versino l’acqua ai clienti almeno all’arrivo e che i bicchieri vengano girati al momento dell’arrivo del cliente, per evitare di trovarli pieni di moscerini. Abbiamo comunque apprezzato la prontezza del cameriere a sostituire il bicchiere sporco. Mi riservo di riprovare in seguito questo ristorante, nella speranza che capisca la critica costruttiva così che vengano migliorati questi aspetti essenziali.
