08/12/2024: Before having dinner we came across this place and we will definitely return every time we pass through Porto Cervo. I recommend it for an aperitif or after dinner. If you have the chance, book. Good spritz and not bad platter. Excellent quality/price ratio

05/10/2024: Nice view, but subpar service. The waitress with glasses put both drinks and food on the table without a word, forgot the cutlery for eating and didn't ask after the meal if it was okay. There should be time for a minimum of hospitality, especially in the off-season and when the terrace and interior are half empty.

28/08/2024: Una cena in famiglia, servizio zero, non ce professionalità da parte del personale, il menù è molto vago e non ci sono pianti concreti tutto un assaggio con porzioni piccole e non quello che mi aspettavo. E stata una delusione per me.

30/08/2024: We had a fantastic time at Aethos. The rooms were great and the view beautiful. The pool, gym and facilities were fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for dinner multiple times and really enjoyed the meals and service. With all the above being fantastic, the thing that really stood out was the service. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and pampered and this is the reason we will return. We would like to give a special shout out to Astrid, Nacho and Isabella who were absolutely amazing. They made us feel like part of the family and we are very grateful for that.

29/08/2024: Aethos Sardinia exceeded our expectations, they went above and beyond to take care of us and cared for all the small details. The service was perfect for a 5 star hotel. Would definitely recommend!

06/08/2024: Pretty port which lacks character because it is too recent (perhaps 70s, not really authentic) but it is very pleasant to walk there and have a drink. Very beautiful view, charming village, numerous restaurants, bars and shops!

As a large family traveling together, including my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, we were thoroughly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. The check-in process was seamless and truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our rooms were next to each other, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. It was clear from the start that the staff at Cervo Hotel genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Our rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it made us feel right at home. The comfort and elegance of the rooms added to the overall fantastic experience. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and gentle, going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They took exceptional care of my grandmother, assisting her at every turn and making sure she had everything she needed. Their thoughtfulness truly made our stay special. The breakfast service was another highlight. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating our various needs and making sure we had a delightful dining experience each morning. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s tastes. Additionally, the hotel staff managed our numerous pieces of luggage with efficiency and care, making the process seamless and stress-free. They even recommended a boat trip for us, which turned out to be a fantastic experience, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. 05/10/2024: We relied on the many positive reviews. But unfortunately we were very disappointed. Price-performance is completely out of balance. The waiter was somewhat arrogant and was probably disappointed that we only chose one dish per person. Luckily, because the taste left a lot to be desired. Paid €67.00 for 2 plates of spaghetti, 1 beer and 1 glass of wine. Definitely won't come back. ;)

09/10/2024: Our hotel receptionist recommended this place for traditional food, she tried to call ahead to book, no answer. We decided to walk and try our luck. After 20 minutes of walking, we arrived, and the restaurant was closed despite on Google it showing as open. I really wish restaurants would update Google accordingly if they are closing for off peak season. This is the 3rd place we went to within this area which was closed but online said was open.

24/08/2024: We had dinner during the White Night. The location of the restaurant is certainly excellent and overlooks the marina. The food did not satisfy me, the octopus in the "kraken" dish did not have a great flavor and did not taste fresh (even frozen food, when it is of good quality, tastes fresh). For the rest, I recommend considering hygiene more by specifically cleaning the tables between one customer and another and also setting the seats for those who choose to eat a sandwich.

13/11/2024: I am giving the food and service a 2 because I’d sent back a pizza that was soupy. I’d ordered the same pizza 4 nights ago and it was amazing. I was told this is normal. The table next to me also agreed it was watery. That is not the issue. They took it back and I’d ordered something else. But, we were totally snubbed by the very hosts that welcomed us the first 2 nights we ate there. For that reason alone, we wont’ go back ever. And why the not so great review. If you treat your customer base as though they offended you, then you must risk a review that will match this attitude. I am not one to offer such reviews but it was almost humiliating to be snubbed. So many amazing places to eat. I’ll spend more money for better treatment. Thank you kindly.
