Bigna' e Carru
Condimento vincente su tutto l’accoglienza familiare e cortesissima.
Costi ragionevolissimi e una lode sincera

Fronteddu Brothers Bakery
Dorgali
19/09/2025: It's impossible not to be tempted by all the things on display! Upon entering, you're immediately struck by the order and cleanliness of the place, by the neat and tidy display of everything the bakery produces.
On the left, the baked goods include excellent, well-filled sandwiches, various types of rolls, and excellent puff pastry focaccias with various toppings. The mushroom one was exquisite. On the right, all the dry pastries, fantastic and delicious. You'd be tempted to try them all. And nearby, the entire array of mini and regular pastries, colorful but above all delicious and well-made, the breakfast brioches with various creams, and the bomboloni. A beautiful display case that you could almost feast your eyes on. Well done, because the quality of the products was also very high.
05/08/2025: I highly recommend it! The pastries were delicious, and so were the pizzas!

Sa Panedda Pintà
Oliena
11/08/2025: A bright day in Oliena, the authentic heart of Barbagia. Among its quiet streets and houses guarding ancient knowledge, today I stopped at the Sa Panedda Pintà workshop, one of the living experiences of the Fatu in domo project – the home-based agri-food enterprise in Sardinia. The workshop comes to life in Denise Scano's home, where every gesture has the rhythm of handed-down traditions, and every corner tells stories of hands kneading roots.
As I leave, I leave them a small gift: the Fatu in domo book. A symbolic gesture, to give something back to those who have chosen to stay, create, and pass on their knowledge. It is more than a guide: it is a map for those seeking, even today, to rediscover the courage of everyday life and the strength to truly get their hands dirty.
Fatu in domo is this: a silent yet powerful movement, made up of women, families, courtyards, and burning ovens. A simple yet radical idea: to inhabit one's land, transforming it with care every day.
Long live Fatu in domo. The home-based agri-food enterprise in Sardinia
Because every home can be a business. And every dough, a political act.
