We had never been there but we had heard about it, and very good ones too, I can only confirm all of this. Very beautiful and suggestive structure, it really makes you travel through time. Spectacular cuisine, excellent service, all accompanied by a precise and attentive staff, available and courteous. They really satisfied us in everything. And then there is Andrea the owner, a truly professional and reassuring figure. Also be careful about parking the MTB in a safe place, a smart idea because they are very expensive vehicles. A must after the Trails of Altare and the surrounding area. Well done!

Typical local dishes and unique dishes, I recommend the tagliolini with lemon, up to the desserts. The kindness of the owners adds an extra touch.

Per non parlare delle altre portate che abbiamo scelto di gustare: zucchina alla scapece fresca e innovativa, scampi deliziosi, vitello che si scioglieva in bocca e gli gnocchi ai gamberi rosa e liquirizia un’esposizione di sapore. 18/05/2025: The best ice cream in all of Puglia. I'm an ice cream lover. There's such good ice cream all over Italy, Germany, France, Austria, and Switzerland. Every time I'm in Manduria, I have to try at least one ice cream from Le Delizie. And I always have to try new flavors of the pastries. Many thanks to the chefs for your passion and dedication.

20/09/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorantino alla periferia del paese. L'arredamento del locale è semplice ma elegante e ordinato. Il servizio è cortese e attento. Il vero punto di forza è il menù, i piatti sono davvero speciali, gli abbinamenti sono vincenti e mai banali e sono preparati e presentati con maestria. Un po' alto il conto, ma non esagerato.

25/11/2024: I ordered the buffet for my party. Paolo was kind and helpful in advising me and also in bringing everything directly to my home. The products ordered were exceptional but especially the puccette with olives and stuffed with tomato, mozzarella and rocket. Everything perfect!
