03/02/2025: The food is truly delicious and the portions are quite generous. The meat, highly recommended, is of excellent quality. The side dishes are delicious and there is something for all types; the service is reasonably fast once you have managed to order... there are many tables, unfortunately all concentrated in a space that is not particularly large, and there is only one boy who takes the orders. All in all, the place for lovers of the rustic and the typically Irish location, with exposed beams and wooden tables and chairs, is ideal.

The two simple and tasty appetizers, good aubergine starter, very tender suckling pig cooked at low temperature. The menu is varied, both meat and fish. Recommended place.

14/02/2025: Siamo andati a festeggiare di coppia per la cena di San Valentino, abbiamo visto il menù con dei piatti molto accattivanti e abbiamo deciso di prenotare con largo anticipo, consapevoli che qui i tavoli vengono prenotati subito. Dall’antipasto al dolce tutto veramente molto abbondante, con le stesse portate avrebbero mangiato in 4 persone! Oltre che al prezzo economico! Cibo cucinato in modo bello casereccio come piace a noi, sapori di tradizione pugliese, cucinati in famiglia! Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e super attento alle esigenze. Che dire se vuoi trovare tradizione culinaria e abbondanza in un angolo della bellissima Grottaglie, con un aria di Casa, ti consiglio di venire a mangiare all’Nchianata.

08/12/2024: We had lunch today on the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with friends, we were really happy. Very welcoming place, cleanliness at its best, service top notch, very delicious food, compliments to the chef who owns the place. Good value for money, we will definitely be back.

06/01/2025: Il locale non ha molto rispettato le aspettative... comunque i piatti erano accettabili, l'antipasto della casa ben presentato ma scarso, il primo mi è arrivato caldo ma gli gnocchi non erano ben legati con la salsina. Rivedrei un attimo le scelte in cucina e poi che prezzi non degni di ciò che viene somministrato

L'atmosfera accogliente e familiare vi fa sentire subito a casa, e ogni dettaglio, dal forno a legna alla preparazione della pizza, trasmette passione e autenticità. La pizza, con il suo impasto leggero e ben lievitato, è una vera delizia: ogni morso è un equilibrio perfetto tra sapori semplici ma genuini. La margherita, in particolare, è un capolavoro, con il pomodoro fresco e la mozzarella filante che si sposano alla perfezione. Il servizio è sempre cordiale e veloce, e la tradizione gastronomica viene rispettata in ogni piatto. Un angolo di autentico gusto, che consiglio senza dubbio!

14/12/2024: Recommended to us by a dear friend from Grottaglie, it absolutely met expectations, or rather... exceeded them! the fried foods are delicious (we took bread balls, stuffed jalapenos and artichokes. all self-produced). the abundant and quality cheese platter, rich in fruit and jams. In short, a beautiful surprise in the historic center, with an ancient charm decorated for Christmas. PS. super gintonic, also good in cocktails. We will be back soon... three of us! 😉.
