17/02/2026: Let's start with the fact that the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly, quick to serve, and available to answer any questions. Pericle also knows how to recommend dishes perfectly, making you feel immediately at ease and enjoying his wonderful dishes. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable, and in the summer you can also eat outside in the square, where you can admire the beautiful historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: SPECCHIA.
I highly recommend it and would love to return 👍👍👍

16/10/2025: Pizzeria, pickup and delivery service. Pizzeria with seating but no service (takeaway).
We've been here several times in the last three years (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025) and have always been very satisfied. Excellent quality again this year.
So you can confidently say that the quality is consistently top-notch. This applies to both the red and white pizzas, of which we've tried several.
We'll be back next year, too.

03/01/2026: We celebrated New Year's Eve dinner at Corte degli Aranci with a group of 30 friends, and the experience was fantastic in every way. Since we're a dance group, we were looking for the perfect combination of good food and the right rhythm, and we found it.
Special praise goes to the service: managing a table of 30 during a sold-out New Year's Eve party is no easy task, but the staff was impeccable. They were fast, professional, and always smiling, demonstrating uncommon organizational skills. Despite the complexity of the evening, we never felt neglected, and the timing between courses was perfect.
The dinner was good, but the entertainment also made the difference: the band was exceptional, capable of engaging us all with the right repertoire and keeping us dancing from start to finish.
Good food, captivating music, and top-notch service in a charming location like the heart of Specchia. Thank you for making the start of our year so special. We'll definitely be back!

Abbiamo fatto colazione in questo locale per 4 giorni e lo consiglio assolutamente, sia come bar che come pasticceria
Servizio veloce, personale disponibile e,soprattutto, prodotti di qualità eccellente
Dalle pucce ai mignon fino alla cornetteria ....veramente tutto ottimo

Abbiamo mangiato un gelato squisito, caffè salentino e pasticciotto.
Alla fine degustazione di torta salentina e panettone multipremiato.
Specchia è un borgo incantevole ricco di palazzi storici visitarlo è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

12/06/2025: Ci sono stata domenica sera in questa braceria, io non sono molto di carne, ma credetemi la carne che fanno loro tra l’altro di loro produzione, é veramente qualcosa di entusiasmante, buona é dir poco.
Personale carinissimo, gentili e sempre disponibili, patate al forno fatte a mano, per non parlare del caffè fatto alla moka (migliore non ci può essere).
Ambiente accogliente peccato non aver potuto mangiare fuori ma giustamente c’era un po’ di vento.
Qualità prezzo ottimo credevo di pagare di più e invece per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini) abbiamo pagato 89€ un prezzo veramente accessibile mangiando veramente bene .
Ora so dove andare a mangiare un po’ di carne buona ☺️
22/04/2025: Seguendo il consiglio di amici abbiamo provato questo posto sito un po fuori il paese circondato dalla campagna ha un aperto spazio esterno dove d'estate si griglia e si può cenare sotto le stelle. La sala interna non è grandissima ma è accogliente . Il menù può soddisfare la maggiorparte dei clienti penso. Abbiamo provato diverse grigliate , carpacci e verdure grigliate , tutta la carne era cotta bene non stopposa, umida il giusto e saporita . Molto gradevole anche il carpaccio condito e molto molto buone le patate al forno prese per contorno. Adeguati i prezzi . Consigliato per una cena tra amici o in famiglia . Da riprovare !

18/05/2025: Cibo buono, ho preso un poker mare per due sinceramente 30€ troppo per il piatto che hanno portato, tonno buonissimo veramente fresco e buono, pasta con pepe e gamberi, troppo pepe ma buonissimo, ambiente bello,tranquillo ma dimenticati a noi stessi, dovevo andare alla ricerca dei camerieri ma comunque gentilissimi quando li trovavo .
L’unica pecca mentre mangiando l’antipasto mi è arrivato subito la seconda portata , come se avessero fretta, ne anche il tempo di finire di mangiare , chiamando il tavolo troppo presto .
12€ una bottiglia di vino (da 75ml) mai vista a questo prezzo,molto buona e conveniente .
15/04/2025: "Sono appena uscita da un'esperienza culinaria incredibile alla Noviera.
Il servizio è stato eccezionale, il personale è stato cordiale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Ma il vero protagonista della serata è stato il cibo: ogni piatto è stato preparato con cura e amore, e ogni boccone è stato un'esplosione di sapori e profumi.
La noviera ha fatto un lavoro incredibile nel creare un menu che soddisfi ogni gusto e preferenza. Io personalmente ho provato la pizza e devo dire che è stato uno dei migliori piatti che abbia mai assaggiato.
L'atmosfera del ristorante è stata calda e accogliente. Insomma, se siete alla ricerca di un ristorante che offra una vera esperienza culinaria, la noviera è assolutamente da provare.
5 stelle piene e un grande bravo alla noviera e al suo team!"
