24/08/2026: An excellent experience in every way, from the welcome to the greeting. Dishes were beautifully presented and illustrated, with excellent ingredients. Superb seafood ceviche, crispy egg with cheese, and the vanilla amberjack were excellent. Considering the attention to detail and quality of the dishes, the value for money is more than fair. The wine list is also good. The atmosphere is pleasant; we dined outside, but the indoor dining room is also very nice. Last but not least: the Buco Nero liqueur, made by them, is surprising. Well done! We hope to return soon!

24/08/2026: We dined in the charming setting of the square. The service was friendly yet professional, everyone was very kind and attentive, even towards our golden retriever puppy. The menu was simple yet expertly prepared: spectacular ceviche, we could have eaten more; tasty and generous spaghetti; beef ribs accompanied by unusual sauces that paired perfectly. Only the linguine didn't wow me, but it was still good. At the end of the evening, we were treated to a complimentary bottle of their own rosé. The price was fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. A special mention: we shared a dish and it was served on two separate plates by the kitchen, in portions practically equivalent to a full dish, with identical plating, at no extra charge. We can't wait to return.

13/08/2026: the place was nice a few steps from the sea the pucce were very good we waited a bit but it was worth it because the pucce had fresh ingredients and were also made at the moment

25/04/2026: I came in this morning for the first time, the smell could be smelled from afar, I bought the chicken and what can I say? Juicy and cooked to perfection, plus the staff is super friendly, I recommend it!

14/04/2026: Don't call it a butcher shop... It's heaven! Even the most demanding palates will be satisfied. This place is a butcher shop with a capital "M"! The counter is more than well-stocked and offers a variety of meats and cuts of the highest quality. Having been a resident of Salento for a few years now, it has become our go-to place for friendliness and quality ingredients. Last time we chose to dine there, a rustic, clean, and tidy environment. We were blown away by the deliciousness of the grilled meat, tender and succulent. Even simple side dishes like peperonata and turnips left us speechless with their flavor. Everything was truly impeccably cooked! If you're in the area (or even if you're not...), definitely try it. Bravo Rocco and all the staff, chapeau!
