Matteo is truly a craftsman and his work is pure culinary art... as a nutritionist I can only highlight that if the food is of good quality it can also be consumed by those who generally complain of ailments... not to mention the attention paid to those with full-blown intolerances like celiac disease. Matteo, Michaela and all the staff are ready to satisfy every request with kindness and professionalism. The top of the top.

14/04/2024: My son's confirmation, excellent welcome right up to the dining room, really well-prepared and very friendly waiters and staff, really excellent and above all fresh food (which should not be underestimated because most restaurants use frozen foods). Really strategic position 10 minutes from Gallipoli, structure equipped with swimming pool. In short, a hospitable and professional environment, I recommend it both for a different lunch or dinner than usual or for a ceremony.

04/01/2024: ..di passaggio per lavoro, ho individuato questo posto per la vicinanza alla mi posizione. Parcheggio a qualche metro dal locale situato in pieno centro storico.
Bella e particolare la location. Ho mangiato un ottimo pacchero con porcini e salsiccia, davvero gustoso ed una tagliata di pollo, con scamorza e radicchio. Davvero soddisfatto, gentile il gestore e veloci nel servizio. Prezzi nella media.
Ci ritornerò.
