21/08/2025: Holiday, breakfast in what seems like a normal bar in Maglie... instead it turns out to be the most beautiful morning of all the holidays, welcoming, attentive and above all smiling they welcome you... not (it would be obvious at 8.30 in the morning) blown Lecce coffee guys (in the whole holiday only once had they bothered to make it in another bar)... pastries... cake... pasta and the smell of bread, they are baking as if they were a bakery... what can I say, the day couldn't have started better... thanks guys, your passion is seen and felt. If you are in the area, stop by, it's not just any bar 💋❤️

09/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised! Excellent food, perfectly timed and non-painful service. You can fully appreciate the flavors of the food, without them becoming muddled and boring. Friendly and polite. My only suggestion would be to remove the Chinese lanterns, which don't match the elegant decor. Off-menu prices are a bit high, but the quality makes up for it.

29/03/2026: We went to this place with friends. We arrived at 9:15 PM. I can say there was an interminable wait. The appetizers arrived almost immediately and were delicious, but we waited forever for four pizzas and a first course. The first course arrived at 10:40 PM, leaving the rest of us with nothing to eat until 11:00 PM. One of the pizzas had "friarielli" (I put it in quotation marks because they weren't friarielli at all, and they were also very acidic). The pizza itself was nothing special. A very ordinary pizza, devoid of any quality, but full of water. After that came the desserts, including a berry cheesecake which: 1) had panna cotta instead of cheese; 2) had syrup instead of jam. I'm sorry, but this is an experience I won't repeat.

03/03/2026: While in Maglie, we visited Caffè Della Libertà and had a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed, the coffee was delicious, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. It's a pleasant, local spot with a good vibe—perfect for a quiet coffee in the city center.

03/03/2026: We went to this place to satisfy our sweet tooth, but we were disappointed. We ordered a pasticciotto, a pistachio cream puff, and a cannolo, but unfortunately, none of them impressed us. From such a seemingly "historic" place, you'd expect something completely different.

07/03/2026: MARTINUCCI, please give your employees a day off when they don't feel well! THEY WORK WITH FOOD! The lady at the ice cream parlour yesterday, she had a cold, a massive one... her nose was crimson and blocked, spoke with raspy & nasal voice, all I could hear was her sniffling and exhaling, the poor girl looked miserable :( Every breath she took with open mouth and heavily exhaled (while spatuling the ice cream) was probably loaded with germs, no gloves or face mask... I felt terribly sorry for her, and the ice-cream sitting in front of her, too....

28/02/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service. Very friendly waiters. Good value for money.

27/08/2025: Very good burgers with local meats. Excellent beer selection. Nice place with seating along the quaint alley.

27/08/2025: We're in Maglie on vacation and were looking for a pub. We ordered a mixed platter to start, a meat platter, and a hamburger bun. Everything was good enough, but for our personal taste, both the fried foods and the fries were overcooked and dry. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful. The waiter was top notch.

05/07/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a negative rating because I've been there other times and everything is excellent, but booking a Saturday night and then finding the place closed was very unpleasant. It would be a good idea to update the hours or at least close the booking tool.
