24/08/2025: Varied and satisfying aperitif-dinner, excellent service, and reasonable prices. When it came to special food requests, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to pay... they were even complicit 😉

28/06/2025: Today I went to your bar, after a 40 minute journey, convinced that there was a chocolate braid but as soon as I entered I realized that it was not there. This gave me a sense of disgust and defeated disappointment. It upset me so much that I remained silent at my final exam, thus ruining my futile existence. I spent a turbulent afternoon in tears at the mere thought of this day, that said, thanks but not thanks. XOXO

22/08/2025: Top service, good food. If they updated the place a little, it would be excellent. Highly recommended. We were hungry after a day at the beach, so we each ordered a plate—several veal cutlets, pasta dishes, etc., with lots of fries in the center—for 15 euros each. We were also pleased with the more than generous portions.

07/09/2025: We sat at the table for an hour and still no pizza. We mentioned this to the waiter twice, and each time they responded with a vague "they're in the oven." After another twenty minutes, we were still there, with empty stomachs. Service like this is unacceptable: slow, disorganized, and zero customer service. A ruined evening.

04/10/2025: It is the best restaurant to eat sushi in, I have never found others at the same level. There is a huge variety especially at dinner and the price is not even high, unlike other restaurants. It's really good and never disappoints. The staff is also very kind and always available for every request. Absolutely the best

02/10/2025: The sushi was good, but the overall experience was marred by rude and unprofessional service. The waitress displayed a contemptuous attitude toward the entire table: she turned her back, spoke abruptly, and gave the impression of hating her job without any discretion. She even scolded us for addressing her with the formal "lei," saying, "I'm not your sister"—a pointless and offensive phrase that caused great embarrassment. A restaurant can have the best food in town, but if the staff treats customers with such disrespect, the experience is ruined. I do not recommend this place until management provides customer service training and takes steps to ensure courtesy and professionalism. I will not return, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening.

25/09/2025: We had a snack. I ate the Salento pasticciato millet, a delicious shortcrust pastry filled with ricotta and pistachios. The owner was very kind and welcoming. One drawback was the lack of access to the bathroom, which is accessed by a staircase, making it difficult for those with limited mobility. Prices were average.

23/09/2025: Things may not be the best, but you can't go to Macchiato and not stop by there... a place of the heart... a must-see regardless...

03/10/2025: Terrible experience. After ordering and paying for drinks for three people, they wouldn't even let us sit at the tables, even though the bar was completely empty. They also don't serve cups, and if you order them at the table, you get huge glasses of ice cream that you can't even eat the whole thing.

23/08/2025: We booked and drove to Maglie only to find that the restaurant was closed. When we asked for clarification (since the online information listed it as open), we were told that they were unable to update the closures on the profile and that they were actually only operating in Otranto. However, when we made the reservation, they didn't bother to clarify that the reservation was for the Otranto location.

25/03/2025: Amazing! A welcoming, private, unique, refined, and well-kept place! The raw materials and preparation are sublime! Truly excellent!
