Professionalism and precision. At Dolc'è, the pastries, leavened products, and pasticciotti are all exquisite. I ordered a pastiera and it was superb! Finally, made according to the authentic Neapolitan recipe with cooked wheat and just the right amount of candied fruit and herbs. Everyone loved it, satisfying different palates. I recommend everyone seek out this pastry shop, even just for a coffee. The careful selection of ingredients and the overall quality are decidedly higher than those of more well-known restaurant names.

It could be better! There's certainly no lack of effort, but the quality isn't top-notch. I'll be back to try something else, but so far I'm not convinced.
