25/05/2025: Our eighth and last dinner in Salento could not have gone better. Wonderful place in an ancient palace. Expertly furnished and at the same time welcoming. You feel like a welcome guest from the first greeting and it continues with a courtesy and hospitality much appreciated. Every dish tasted was worthy of the description in the menu, genuine flavors with the right dose of modernity and plated with elegance. Excellent value for money. We ate well everywhere during these days of touring Salento, but our vote of excellence goes to Sapry and its management. Thank you for the welcome and for the courtesy. Highly recommended.

09/07/2025: This place offers a 30-euro fixed menu created by the chef. You can't modify the menu or choose fewer courses, so I wouldn't recommend it for those on a diet, especially since we had a rich appetizer, a "sbagliata" amatriciana, and a pork cutlet for the main course. Finally, dessert!

11/06/2025: We were at this restaurant on Saturday night and we were really enthusiastic about it. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, the staff is kind, attentive but never intrusive, they made us feel pampered from the beginning to the end of the evening. The menu offers interesting dishes, well balanced between tradition and creativity. Excellent value for money and more than adequate portions. A special praise to the owner Simona, a very kind and helpful lady. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

19/07/2025: Tutto molto buono. È d'obbligo fare tappa da loro e mangiare veramente bene. Accorciamo un pochino i tempi di attesa e tutto è perfetto!
