23/09/2023: Abbiamo cenato in questa pizzeria, attratti da foto e recensioni. Siamo arrivati e già appena entrati l’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, tanto che credo si siano capiti male con il numero di persone e la cameriera sotto voce è passata anche invendo sottovoce. Per metterci posate e bicchieri, che definire sporchi è anche un complimento, ci è voluta più di mezz’ora. Dopo aver reclamato la cameriera 5 volte, ci viene a prendere l’ordine finalmente. Tranquillissimi ordiniamo e dopo più di mezz’ora dall’ordinazione, ci vengono a dire che la metà degli ingredienti delle nostre pizze non li avevano. Andiamo al bagno che era lurido, letteralmente e allego anche foto. Dopo più di un’ora dall’ordinazione, finalmente iniziano ad arrivare le pizze, neanche a dire che erano quasi tutte sbagliate. Io ho presentato una fortissima allergia alle noci, la mia pizza doveva avere solo granella di pistacchio ma ovviamente non era solo quella e quindi ho dovuto fare a cambio con un amico. Chiediamo del ketchup, ci viene portata in un piattino quindi l’antigene per eccellenza. Alla fine, al momento di pagare, ci dicono che il pos non funziona per farsi pagare contanti e quando abbiamo chiesto lo scontrino mi è stato risposto “per favore, sono nervosa e mi metti in imbarazzo” neanche a dire che abbiamo aspettato finché non ce lo ha fatto. Per non parlare del servizio, lento e camerieri più che maleducati. Mi spiace perché avete beccato un tavolo di tutta gente che ha e lavora in ristoranti. Per consiglio, forse ippica o qualche altro passa tempo potrebbe essere il lavoro adatto a voi.

23/12/2023: Birthday dinner booked 20 days before at 9pm. At 8.15pm I receive an SMS that the reservation is cancelled. I try to call after several attempts and they reply that they couldn't find my number to let me know and that Salento is full of restaurants. Zero seriousness. It may be the best cuisine in the world but professionalism is something else

01/11/2023: A simple lunch on a holiday. Excellent food, very polite and well-trained staff. Claudia, an excellent hostess, discreetly stops for a chat or advice and makes you feel at home. Every detail taken care of down to the smallest detail. The dishes are of a Salento culture but revisited and studied to perfection by the great and unique Agnese. I recommend it to everyone, I will return because I still have to taste something. Congratulations to all the staff.
