09/03/2024: Ordinavo spesso da asporto in questa pizzeria perché la pizza è buona senza dubbio. Il grandissimo problema è l'attesa. Si perché la signora che prende le ordinazioni per telefono ti dice di recarti a breve a prenderle, e quando vai all' orario indicato ti fa aspettare molto altro tempo. Mi è capitato quasi sempre. Oggi hanno toccato veramente il fondo. Ho aspettato 40 minuti dopo l'orario indicato nel loro atrio per aspettare le mie pizze. Una gestione dei clienti da asporto pessima. Non ci andrò mai più visto che devo essere preso in giro.

13/09/2024: Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in viaggio di lavoro e mi sono trovato alla TRATTORIA PIZZERIA CORTE III — ed è stata una vera scoperta! Il personale è semplicemente meraviglioso: sono non solo professionali, ma anche attenti, ricordando persino cosa avevo ordinato due giorni fa! Questo conferisce una sensazione particolare di calore e attenzione. Il responsabile del ristorante dedica attenzione a ogni cliente e crea un'atmosfera in cui si desidera tornare ancora e ancora. Il ristorante offre anche la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, il che aggiunge un fascino particolare. Puoi gustarti il tuo pasto in un'accogliente corte, protetta dal sole, rendendo l'atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Anche la cucina è eccezionale! Ogni piatto era perfettamente preparato e offriva una vera festa di sapori. Durante tutti i miei viaggi di lavoro, mangio solo lì, perché sono sicura che qui mi verrà sempre offerto il meglio. Raccomando con grande piacere la TRATTORIA PIZZERIA CORTE III a chiunque stia cercando un ottimo posto per pranzo o cena. Questo posto è diventato uno dei miei preferiti in città, e non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

30/08/2024: Sono stato in questo locale insieme alla mia famiglia, tutto ben organizzato, personale cordiale e professionale, ottimo l’antipasto consigliatoci dal proprietario, carne e pesce ben cucinati e soprattutto materia prima di ottimo livello. Per primo piatto ho consumato cavatelli al tonno con pomodorini gialli, una vera prelibatezza, vino eccellente. Unica pecca la pizza, ma è un gusto molto personale. Consigliatissimo se ci si trova in zona ma anche se si deve fare qualche chilometro da Gallipoli.
