04/01/2026: In a three-week vacation in Italy, between Tuscany and Puglia, this was absolutely the best restaurant.
The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect.
Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest.
Highly recommended.
Great job, guys.

15/02/2026: Impeccable service, the best paposcia in Vico and the entire Gargano! Our favorite paposcia, friendly staff, always ready to satisfy customers' needs. The paposcia were incredibly tasty and topped with quality ingredients. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
19/01/2026: Located in the main square of Vico del Gargano, among the most beautiful villages in Italy, is this rustic restaurant, pizzeria, and deli. It's definitely worth a visit for its quality, flavor, selection, and, last but not least, its passion for its work. Kudos to the owner, Angelo, for his professionalism. Go and try it, you won't regret it; in fact, you'll be amazed by the quality and variety. Well done.

06/02/2026: Gradually, this bar has become a go-to spot for breakfast and aperitifs in the village of Vico del Gargano. It's also gained some notoriety by opening a small restaurant, focusing on local ingredients, offering good quantities at competitive prices. The variety has improved. Well done, highly recommended.

08/12/2025: Passed by this place on the way to Vico del Gargano. Stopped for a coffee and something sweet. Very cozy place! No experience of the rooms, only the cafe. If you pass by, you have to stop! ☕️

14/09/2025: We stayed here at the end of April 2025. Despite arriving very late, the owner seated us without any hassle. We ate exquisite meat, samphire, and surprising, sophisticated desserts. As if that weren't enough, we were amazed not only by the quality of the food but also by the extremely reasonable price. An unexpected and fantastic discovery. We've now returned to Gargano on vacation, and our first thought upon arrival was: on Wednesday, we'll be back in Vico del Garda at the Giulio Cesare grill!
07/09/2025: This year, we were disappointed compared to the past. The meat is always excellent, but the wait is incredibly long, difficult to manage when you have children.
The platter of cured meats and cheeses was truly meager, therefore very expensive in terms of quantity/price.
When the platter with the meat we chose finally arrived (for 7 people), the accompanying side dish, which was included, consisted of only two sliced potatoes (not even two potato slices per person).
The price was too high for what we ate.

15/09/2025: Excellent Paposcia with top-quality ingredients, never disappointing. We've been going for years and the quality is always the same. The staff is very kind and friendly. Prices for all budgets.
28/08/2025: Every time I visit Gargano, I make a stop here with my family. The paposcia is truly delicious, as is the pizza (which I tried due to a misunderstanding between me and the waitress): the dough is truly light and well-cooked. The only thing that could be improved is the service, but I don't mind that since it's a family-run restaurant; however, with some improvement, they would certainly be at an even higher level. If you visit Gargano, do as I do: make a stop here.

14/11/2025: Good spot, right on the beach with simple but adequate facilities. Entry is via a barrier with a ticket; to leave, you have to find someone in the morning to pay and validate your ticket. It's possible that someone won't show up until around 10 am. There are several pitches with direct water views and some shady spots further back.

16/02/2026: We spent Valentine's weekend at this hotel. Mrs. Marilena was very friendly, helpful, and kind. She welcomed us with great cordiality. The room was excellent, warm, extremely clean, and equipped with all the comforts. Thank you again.
06/12/2025: We stayed at this property where we found a level of cleanliness that's hard to find. Modernity in the rooms: smart TVs, air conditioning, electric shutters. A top restaurant with delicious food, featuring extraordinary cuisine and, above all, fresh produce. A beautifully maintained and immaculate green outdoor space. Extremely friendly waiters and qualified staff. A shuttle service to and from the beach, car parking, and the ultimate in tranquility and relaxation. I recommend it to everyone, even families with children.
Don't miss this location if you're in the area, even for just one dinner. The sea view from the restaurant is simply breathtaking!

22/02/2026: Simple but welcoming atmosphere, the step at the entrance was too high and the sliding door didn't open very well, but the food and staff were truly excellent. Fresh and expertly prepared fish, excellent paposce! The waiters were nice, kind, and fast; we had a wonderful day.
04/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant and, overall, the experience was positive. The food was truly delicious, with dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was attentive and courteous, and the atmosphere was welcoming, ideal for a pleasant lunch break.
The only complaint is the prices, which are a bit higher than average. The quality of the dishes is evident, but the final bill can be a bit steep, especially for a lunch with just a single first course. Overall, it's still a place worth trying, considering this aspect.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience, I have never eaten such a disgusting pizza in at least 10 years, the contents of the pizza were completely liquid, the dough was really bad, not suitable for a pizzeria with a certain amount of experience, I don't want to judge the work of others, but truly seeing the place which is quite well-known I was truly speechless that evening, especially when we went to the cashier to pay, it was €17.40 per person, the cashier said "eh, €18 per person is fine", after that I will never set foot there again.

03/02/2026: Excellent value for money. Overall, it's a good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and that alone makes me give it the highest star rating. The building is a bit dated, but that's also something to be appreciated. We had a great time. I recommend it.
