18/09/2025: I've been there several times. The best aperitivo in San Severo, excellent spritz, imaginative and carefully selected food for the appetizer plate. Prices are in line with most bars in the city. Service can sometimes be delayed, but the staff are very kind and helpful. As for breakfast, the croissants are excellent, and all the desserts are generally delicious. The cappuccino, espresso, espresso, and crema are all very good. They also do a great job with buffets. My friends threw me a surprise party about three years ago, with a rich and varied buffet.

08/07/2026: Excellent place, more of a restaurant and takeout for lunch, and mostly a pizzeria in the evening. I've been in town for work for lunch all week and even had dinner once, and it was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable about intolerances and allergens (I'm celiac). Different dishes and fresh ingredients every day. The pizza is also good, the thin crust type (be sure to let me know in advance because they turn the oven on specifically for gluten-free options). All the staff are friendly, helpful, and smiling.

24/06/2026: The pizza is good but for a normal slice of pizza that normally costs 1 euro, Pummarela charges two and the ingredients are normal

16/04/2026: Terrible experience. Highly not recommended. After years of planning, meticulously crafting every detail for my daughter's engagement... They presented us with a "carnival" cake—yellow, the yellowest thing you can imagine, and green...light years away from the colors we'd chosen and requested. Everyone laughed out loud because it was truly ridiculous, while the newlyweds and us family members were left speechless. When I went to complain, they didn't even bother to offer a proper refund, which I would never have accepted because it certainly wouldn't have compensated me for the damage, but at least I could have had the satisfaction of refusing them, and they would have also avoided this outburst of mine... In short, they could have at least shown some regret and been more professional.

22/02/2026: While passing through San Severo, I had the opportunity to try this pastry shop's products, especially the takeaway mini pastries. The pastries are delicious and made with quality ingredients. The staff is fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other products.

08/06/2026: The place is nice, clean and friendly, but for five normal appetizers (4 fish ones, and one cold cut), four fish first courses and one tomato-based one, four bottles of water without wine and second courses, €50 per person for a total of €250 seems a bit too much to me…

14/05/2026: Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to our expectations. We had made reservations a few days earlier specifically to try the Wednesday evening meat sushi, but once we arrived, we were told that the reservation hadn't been made and that this type of offering had to be booked in advance, something we'd repeatedly specified during the call. This left a bitter taste in our mouths, as the reservation had been made specifically for the meat sushi, but due to a mix-up in the reservation management, we weren't able to try what we'd come for. It was a decidedly disappointing start to the evening. The rest of the dinner didn't help change our initial impression. The wait between courses was quite long, and the service, overall, seemed very slow. We also had difficulty choosing wine: after asking for two labels that weren't available, we chose another when ordering, but were brought a different bottle than the one we'd requested. As for the meat, I personally didn't appreciate how it was cooked: in several places, it was burnt on the outside, while the inside was undercooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, considering the way the reservation was handled, the wait time, the availability of the requested wines, and the way the meat was cooked. It's a shame, because we had high expectations. I really don't think I'll be back.
