23/01/2024: Ampio e spazioso locale, sia con tavoli interni che esterni. Pausa mattutina in una giornata lavorativa, servizio veloce, personale attento e cortese ed ampia scelta di opzioni dolci ed anche qualcosa di salato. Un "pallino" in meno perchè il locale all'interno è troppo scuro, il chè rende l'ambiente cupo e tetro.

The gem par excellence is its majestic door signed by Vanvitelli in 1700. Whatever the event to celebrate... Villa Bautier is able to host and make every occasion unique. There are also 12 suites that are perfect and comfortable in every detail. Furthermore... it is important to underline the splendid swimming pool with straw umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing... the immense garden in which to lose yourself in the peace of nature and be lulled by its sounds. The staff: very high professionalism, attention, customer care... but, at the same time, that ability to make you feel at home (Marella and Salvatore are absolutely in the heart, precious people who make the difference). The culinary part is probably the precious jewel of this very high level structure. Every dish is an emotion and tells a story. Fresh delicacies, excellent quality wines. 13/09/2023: Discreet location, located in the countryside but difficult to reach, the only access route is a dark and bumpy country road. A wedding was being celebrated. The welcome and the start of the dinner with appetizers were good, then everything changed: uninspiring dinner, disappointing table service, absolute lack of organization, and I say this with knowledge of the sector. All in all I'm sorry, but I hope it was a sporadic case. Would I go back? I do not believe.

31/01/2024: The room was clean and with everything you need. Some details to review (dangling electrical wires, air conditioner with filters to be replaced). Excellent welcome, kindness and availability in solving the air conditioner problem. More than good restaurant, plentiful starter, first course a little less, but average. Discreet seconds. Excellent local specialties. One thing that didn't bother me was that no one works on Sundays and so breakfast was in the room with packaged food. Maybe because I'm used to Rome, where we work every day and I found this strange. Structure, however, recommended.
