14/10/2025: First time having this experience. I told them I love for food. So they made that happen. I tasted dishes that I have never experienced in my life. 6 different plates from anti pasto, pizza, pasta and dessert. Wines, beer, after dinner drink. I was there for 4 hrs. I feel in love with the food and the people who call this place they're home. An experience of flavors and love put into the food. 10/10 recommend

22/08/2025: While passing through Salento, fate gifted us this magnificent experience in a truly magical place. The rooms once inhabited by Frederick II of Swabia have been transformed into a true gastronomic gem. Michele is a delightful host, and Patrizio is a young chef with exquisite taste. Local ingredients are exquisitely presented. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The location alone is worth a visit; with everything else, I'd say it's a must-see for anyone visiting the wonderful region of Puglia. Bravo!
20/08/2025: The fish is very good and innovative, with a lot of imagination and originality that doesn't exist in this part of the country. It was really good, we were amazed. My compliments to the staff, we will gladly return. Congratulations!

27/08/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place... we were there a few days ago and had a great time... the staff was helpful and very kind... we ordered stuffed bruschetta, focaccia, pizza and to finish off a homemade tiramisu... everything was excellent... we will definitely be back 😍

12/02/2026: We booked for dinner, intrigued by the good reputation the restaurant has built over the years. Expectations were certainly met, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the courteous, prompt service. The appetizers, made with local ingredients, were very good, while all the pizzas we ordered were excellently made, well-seasoned, and easy to digest. Last but not least, excellent value for money. Just one note: on these winter evenings, it would be nice to have a little more heat in the dining room, given the size of the place. Otherwise, highly recommended. We'll be back!
31/01/2026: We returned to this pizzeria after five years and were thrilled. The quality of the food and service was already excellent, but now it's reached even higher levels. Spectacular pizza with the option of choosing between classic dough with a minimum 48-hour leavening time, a sourdough dough with whole-wheat flours, sourdough starter, and a minimum 72-hour leavening time, or a multigrain dough with a 48-hour leavening time. The choice to emphasize dishes with locally sourced ingredients highlights the owner's meticulous attention to food quality and his love for his homeland. It's a must-try for anyone passing through and a must-try for those who live in the area. TOP! 🍕🍔🍺🐻

07/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, pizzeria, and reception hall. Friendly and welcoming staff. The owner is friendly and always greets you with a smile. If you've had a bad day, the owner will make you forget it with his kindness. Excellent dishes at affordable prices. I recommend the horse roulade; it's special!

09/07/2025: A charming place, true to its name, with very kind and courteous staff and decent food. The sandwich was good, the grilled meat was plentiful but not exceptional. The prices were very fair.
We'll definitely be back. It's missing that little something extra for a 5-star rating.
