Flavors, efficiency, and kindness. I'd add that it's all supported by a long family tradition that began in the 1970s. Desserts that are constantly evolving.

13/12/2025: Excellent historic bakery in Manfredonia, excellent products. Other suppliers have a wider variety of products, but the bread is delicious. I recommend having a bread slicing machine for better service. Highly recommended bakery.
