18/08/2025: The place you wouldn't expect!!! The photo preview on the web accurately reflects the location's elegance and sophistication. The gracious welcome from the "Vigna Caracciolo" staff is an excellent calling card for those who want to spend several days at the property. Furthermore, the attention to guests' needs is an added value that makes for a relaxing stay. The possibility of accessing the private, free beach is convenient and suitable for those who prefer a quiet stay. We highly recommend it!!!

14/07/2025: Honestly, I don't know who wrote all these positive reviews. I have nothing to say about the staff, who are incredibly kind and helpful, always friendly and smiling, but the entire facility leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are VERY TINY and dated, the locks don't always work, the sink is in the room outside the bathroom, and there's NO bidet—it's like we were in France! The structure is all plasterboard, and there are ants in the room, the bathroom, and the bed, as well as spiders. Let's talk about breakfast—you have no choice! They bring you what they say (they only let you choose the drinks), for example, waffles already with Nutella spread on them, with no option to choose between spreads and jams. By law, jams must be brought separately in the designated closed containers! But if I want a croissant without it, am I obligated to eat it with the jam they say? I'm allergic to Nutella, and since breakfast SHOULD be a personal choice, I didn't mention my allergy to hazelnuts and almonds, but if they brought their own sweets, I had no choice. The room is super small, made of plasterboard. The bed is NOT a KING size, but a queen size. Towels are not changed. THERE IS NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM OR ANY BALCONY. A fat person won't fit through the door. The photos on the website are strategically placed. Waste of money!!!!

07/08/2025: A rather nice place, as far as the decor goes. I went there once a while ago with friends. I haven't been back. The staff is friendly, but unprepared. Except for the entertainment. I won't say anything about the arrogant and rude owner. This is obviously a subjective opinion. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Again, this is my personal opinion. There are better places out there.

07/10/2025: Unforgettable experience! 5 well-deserved stars! We celebrated our wedding vows here yesterday for lunch and were delighted. A special thank you for the warm welcome and attention to every detail. The food was sublime, from appetizers to dessert, a true delight. Special thanks to the staff and sincere appreciation to the chef for their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness. They made our experience truly unforgettable!

03/06/2025: Posto molto accogliente, cibo buono,prezzi nella norma. staff, operativo e veloce, tempi di attesa brevi. Plauso ad una componente dello staff che io chiamo DJ e che ci ha deliziati con una musica splendida. Complimenti a Peter , lavoratore, ragazzo di sani principi al quale abbiamo elargito diverse pillole di saggezza( LUI capirà). Bravi tutti alla prossima

01/06/2025: Terrible service, the "waiter" if you can call him that doesn't even know the names of the drinks, dirty glasses, very dirty table without napkins, disgusting. I will never go back. We ordered an aperitif and the waiter didn't even bring us any appetizers.

17/04/2025: Seduti all'aperto con vista stupenda. 2 spritz senza nulla di accompagnamento 14 euro dopo aver atteso mezz'ora per ordinare e poco meno per ricevere..il tutto su un tavolino traballante. Da evitare!!

14/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale con tavolini all'aperto per un aperitivo. Al di là della vista esterna molto bella, il resto assolutamente non memorabile ed estremamente caro. Sicuramente c'è di meglio

01/06/2025: Se si potesse non mettere la stella non l’avrei messa. Abbiamo preso un impepata di cozze ed erano tutte sporche di sabbia. I primi erano freddi e la pasta era scotta e maleodorante. Alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha detto che se volevo potevano riscaldare la pasta 😱. I gamberoni arrosto erano crudi e il pesce al forno freddo e asciutto. Il responsabile di sala, apparentemente simpatico, alla nostra lamentela ha fatto finta di non sentirci rivolgendosi altrove mentre parlavamo. Sconsigliato.

24/12/2023: Very welcoming environment that recalls a typical Italian tavern. Welcoming service and amazing food!!! To taste the typical dishes of Roman cuisine, the place is perfect! The chef was very kind and helpful. Modest and fair prices. I highly recommend, congratulations to the staff!

22/09/2024: ci siamo stati due sere consecutive ... in una abbiamo mangiato la pizza, nella seconda invece antipasti e primi. Prezzo giusto, piatti molto buoni. Conviene prenotare

03/09/2024: Ci siamo stati con amici del posto, polpo alla griglia molto buono ma la pizza no scialba poco saporita e poco pomodoro… era arancione … la pizza deve essere rossa ! Camerieri distratti location non male nella piazza
