12/12/2024: We were on 11 December 2024 in this beautiful restaurant which I had already heard great things about. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the waiters who immediately seated us, making us feel at ease. As soon as we arrived they brought us a series of 15 starters, two first courses and homemade desserts we spent €30 each we will definitely be back😍❤️

18/12/2024: Excellent! In everything! The cuisine is extraordinary, with intense flavours, typical of the Murgia and a very characteristic place. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended!!! 🔝

03/11/2024: 5 stars are perhaps not enough for the goodness of the pizza and panzerotti. Super cozy place and excellent service. In an hour we had already finished eating and there were 15 of us. I will definitely be back!

14/10/2024: Welcoming environment and friendly staff. But the highlight is the pizza. I ate a gourmet pizza "La burrata" with the addition of buffalo mozzarella. An explosion of flavors. Fabulous dough, fragrant and perfectly cooked. Compliments to the "pizza chef" Tiziana. I hope to be able to return to Minervino Murge soon, both for the SPECIAL people I know, and to still enjoy the excellent pizza from the Balcony. Thank you.

24/11/2024: Normal food, but exaggerated prices for the location and quality and for some dishes the quantity. Can you pay a Ciccio €6+1 for burnt wheat flour =€7? A Ciccio €7? Are we in Rome or Milan?. You can check what I'm saying on their menu. Can a fruit plate with 4 pieces of cheese and 8 slices of salami be paid €12? I repeat, fruit plate, not cold cuts platter. We really like to go out and meet other new places to have alternative choices, but in this place my opinion is no. Quality/quantity/price does not deserve.

23/12/2024: Pranzo eccellente, servizio impeccabile, ambiente escludivo. Nadia, Ivan e Giuseppe ... un trio che fara' molta strada e che rendera' onore alla nostra cittadina ! Veramente bravi !

06/12/2024: Location with rustic furnishings, but with refined taste. Possibility of having lunch à la carte or with different tasting menus. We opted for the formula which included 4 tastings of appetizers, a first course and a dessert. All courses were rich in flavour, but very harmonious and balanced. Obviously the products of our Murgia are exalted (cardoncello first and foremost) but with very successful contaminations (cruschi peppers for example). I was particularly struck by the egg cooked at low temperature, with turnips and potato foam and the pappardelle with wild cardoncelli mushroom cream, parsley powder and crusco pepper. A creative and refined cuisine, which is also enhanced by a friendly and very professional staff. Price commensurate with the quality of the dishes and the service. Paraphrasing the name of the place, I would say that it is definitely the Soul of the South. Really compliments

17/09/2024: La qualità dei prodotti di questo locale mi lascia sempre a bocca aperta.... genuinità dei prodotti locali esaltati dall'accurata mano dello chef in maniera eccezionale!! Il locale si presenta in versione minimal (davvero molto bello) e curato nella mis en Place in chiave moderna, il cibo è di ottima fattura e curato al dettaglio nella presentazione dei piatti. Ciò che mi piace di più è il modo in cui lo chef riesce ad esaltare il gusto dei vari prodotti creando vere esplosioni di sapore in bocca ...non è da tutti e soprattutto non è scontato... complimenti!!👍 Personale educato e preparato e ci si sente coccolati dai titolari che trovano sempre qualche minuto da dedicare ai propri ospiti, consiglio vivamente quest'esperienza culinaria a tutti e mi raccomando se possibile visitate la cantina vini a loro disposizione è stupenda!! Torneremo sicuramente a presto😎
