He made us pay for the lunches of 4 people who were absent due to seasonal illness which unfortunately they notify you at the last minute. He didn't want to compromise, it's €500, not a lot these days. I will never go back there again.

25/11/2023: We stayed in this hotel for two days, unfortunately there was nothing better than this hotel. You really have to say. However, I find 250 € for one night to be very steep, this is borderline outrageous, the furniture maker is already very old and the taste in green is borderline. The room where you have breakfast looks like a canteen, which is not typically Italian. The cheeky thing is that you pay 20 € per day for the underground car park for an alleged parking space. I have to say, I didn't see a parking space, but it's an insinuation, yes, and anyone who has ever been in this space can well imagine that this is not a fond memory I can't stay as dirty and as untidy as it looked down there. I've never seen anything like that in any hotel before. It was already clear to me why I wanted to drive the vehicles into the house myself. I definitely didn't want anyone to drive my vehicle and I made it very clear that I had to bring the vehicle into the garage myself because I knew my vehicle better than anyone else may have only driven such a vehicle once or three times. The terrible thing wasn't just the appearance of the garage, the smell of feces was horrible. For me, this hotel can't get more than two stars because the thermal baths themselves were absolutely unimportant to me. The beach itself was wonderful but it is not the beach that is rated here but the hotel. The hotel is really getting old and needs to be renovated, the thing is so run down, terrible, really terrible and even if they have a thermal bath it doesn't mean that you should rip people off. There were a lot of old people in there and obviously pensioners you can get the money here. The worst thing about the whole thing was that it was our own compatriots who were being ripped off. We didn't even want to eat the food in the house because we could eat 1000 times better on the beach than who knows before. For me, this hotel doesn't get two stars like these and two stars is already too much for that. The elevators were in a very bad condition when you entered them, they were broken by a good 20 cm. That says the condition of the elevators was a catastrophe, the maintenance The work here is absolutely top notch. From our side we cannot recommend this hotel, I would stay away from it, it is a complete rip off.

02/08/2023: Very expensive dishes and in small quantities, the seafood is not fresh even though we are by the sea it's still bad. What can we say about dessert... We're in Italy, they offer tiramisus. Not homemade is one thing but frozen is frankly poor. The worst part is that he suggests putting it in the microwave. No, but where is Italy?! We will never go back!
