04/05/2025: My husband, son and I had booked for today at 12.30pm but they had registered at 2.30pm. I pointed out that we couldn't accept due to commitments already made and the girl came to meet us and found a place for us (Only Positive note)... From then on the descent into rudeness and Absolute Lack of Professionalism began: They brought us the menus but for every choice the response was "it's not possible today"! So with great patience we agreed to order a fixed menu with first and second course (me) but when one of us didn't like any of the first courses the waitress abruptly told us to choose an à la carte proposal as long as it was for everyone else and specifying "exceptionally"! After the first, the other 2 also wanted to order the second but after waiting half an hour in vain, a third waiter came to the table asking us "what had we not understood that you can only choose from the set menu?"... at that point, refusing to choose we were literally chased away with the phrase "then take a seat at the cash register so you can free up the table"... hellish experience, not recommended!

03/05/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The starter was paltry, a dish that did not justify the price at all. The first course was even worse: tasteless and poorly cooked. But the real icing on the cake was the second course, which was simply inedible. On top of this, we faced several delays in service, which in itself would have been unacceptable. But the most disconcerting thing was when, with our plates still full, they explicitly asked us to get up and leave. A total lack of respect towards customers. I will never return to this restaurant and I strongly advise against anyone from going there. Terrible food and unacceptable service. Avoid!

02/05/2025: Lido facing the sea, well looked after, courteous staff. They gave us little bags, very welcome Easter sweets, because they were good, as well as unexpected. Thanks again for your kindness.

12/05/2025: We tasted a tourist menu... exquisite and excellent... very kind staff and above all one of us was intolerant... he ate very well...

09/05/2025: I went for lunch on a Saturday without having booked and luckily we found the last table for 3! I must say everything was delicious and above all tasty, tasty, you could feel that it was fresh fish! We started with the octopus salad, then continued with seafood risotto (served on a stone plate that kept it super hot) and then fried fish (truly spectacular). Sgroppino and coffee are also delicious! Congratulations to everyone!

03/05/2025: Pessimo servizio,lentissimo.Dopo più di un ora di attesa,ci siamo permessi di chiedere e ci è stato detto che non c era personale e che non dipende da loro. Meni vasto ma con possibilità di scegliere poche cose che,come detto,arrivano con tantissimo ritardo. Non ci torneremo mai più e non lo consigliamo

03/05/2025: Servizio pessimo, scorbutici e molto altezzosi, non al livello di ciò che si serve. Le pietanze gradevoli, ma tavoli molto stretti e molto incomprensioni fra ciò che viene proposto nel menu e ciò che viene servito. Evitare se possibile

25/08/2024: We have been visiting the Lido for 22 years and what happened today is beyond outrageous. We were on the beach the entire week, booked 2 umbrellas and 4 loungers, so far everything was ok. However, something went wrong when booking on site and today had to be paid for separately. Since we always travel by bus, a discount is offered so we paid €90 for the week, which is perfectly fine. However, we had to pay another €50 for this Sunday, which had no relation to the weekly subscription. The junior owner was unwilling to compromise and insisted on the amount. Unfortunately you lost a long-time customer today, which is a shame.

02/06/2025: Pessima esperienza a questo.. ristorante. Ordinato menù del giorno.. pepata di cozze orribile.. le cozze puzzavano ed il cameriere quando ha riportato il piatto ha avvisato che le cozze erano spagnole e che quindi… potevano puzzare. Anche il secondo piatto era veramente sgradevole.. Pensavamo di rifarci col primo.. cavatelli ai frutti di mare.. il mare non è mai stato in quel piatto.. sembrava una bustina della Conad surgelata e immersa nel sugo rosso (tremendo)XX il sapore simile a quello della pasta al sugo della mensa scolastica.. poi il pranzo si è concluso con una splendida frittura di prodotti surgelati.. uno dei piatti anche meravigliosamente ed inaspettatamente rosso di sugo.. il sorbetto poi.. Lasciamo perdere. Unico consiglio: cambiate chef.. se lo è.. cambiate piatti.. cambiate menu.. usate prodotti freschi.. basterebbe questo. Buon lavoro!

01/06/2025: A la 1ere commande au bout d'une demie heure on nous fait comprendre que les plats ne sont plus disponibles et à la 2eme commande + de 2 heures pour 3 assiettes de pâtes et 1 pizza Une honte et aucune excuse de leur part N'y allez pas

05/05/2025: DISGUST rude staff, burnt food. Place to avoid especially for intolerant people, my experience was disgusting. I asked for a lactose-free panzerotto and after eating it I vomited when I went to tell them they didn't even apologize and just told me that they would no longer sell me panzerotti and then chase me out of the place.

04/05/2025: The food is served without the use of tongs and is not heated. The owner is rude and treats the girl who assists her at the counter badly, poor daughter. Not recommended!!
