So we called and booked for the second sitting at 2:30 PM on the 1st of May, the day of the kite festival. The mistral wind was blowing strongly, so when they assigned us the outside table with two children, we asked to be seated inside. The answer was a firm no, even though there was a large table inside where they seated a couple. Okay, okay, it's a holiday and they're very busy, but we ate in a hurry and didn't enjoy anything because it was very cold and the children were freezing. That said, the first courses on the menu were clearly precooked and overcooked, but all in all, it's better than a kick in the face.

Kite Festival Despite being sold out, we ate well, on time, and the staff served us kindly and professionally. EXCELLENT value for money.

Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant is very well-maintained, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the owner, Michele, is a genuinely kind person, especially with children! If you're passing through Margherita di Savoia, you absolutely must stop by Stella D'Oro to try their pasta dishes, especially their pasta dishes!
