07/10/2024: Excellent hotel in the old part of Besceglie. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and the staff are welcoming and very helpful (even at 01.30am !!) There is limited parking outside in the small square but you are located just 5 mins walk to the lovely port and about 7 mins to the beach club. The hotel has many bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. It would have been nice to have tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Great value hotel - we would definitely recommend staying there.

The scent alone and the bright green color speak volumes, on the palate it is fantastic, an intensity never experienced, salads take on several extra steps., personally I think that such an oil should be consumed with bread alone or at most with an artfully made bruschetta, because the flavor is so intense and rounded that it dominates every other note and would almost seem wasted use it to season anything. Very satisfied and I will probably order a double quantity next year.

28/12/2024: Truly a wonderful discovery: I recommend it to anyone, for the pizza but above all for the cuisine. Just open the menu to understand that there is an in-depth study behind each recipe; we tried almost all the starters, 2 first courses and 2 desserts, they were all exceptional. The oil offered as a tasting at the beginning of the dinner together with the bread and focaccia they produce is also excellent. The service was also impeccable, with the room full the times were perfect, furthermore the professionalism of the dining room staff was immediately noticeable. I also bought a panettone, (obviously made by them) which I tasted the next day, just one word, very good. The cellar is also really not bad. I will definitely go back after the holidays.

They paid close attention to my food intolerances, demonstrating incredible kindness. Gluten-free pizza is delicious (even with gluten, my husband says). We opted for slippers, Arabic bread and sandwiches and the quality is really high. All at an excellent price. We will definitely be back.
