28/09/2025: The restaurant is pleasant, but the service leaves much to be desired. I was wrong not to read the previous reviews. We basically spent 42 euros for two burgers and two beers. Are you kidding me? In Ruvo?!!!
Furthermore, the service is inadequate. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were served at 11:30 PM, only to be able to finish within half an hour. In fact, if it hadn't been for my wife, I would have left complaining about the poor service.
Secondly, there was only one person in the kitchen for at least 150 covers. I should point out that in the end, after we expressed our disagreement, they brought us the burger without a griddle, so you can imagine what it was like.
I'm sorry.
06/09/2025: A spacious, modern restaurant with a surprise, featuring a private and welcoming internal courtyard where we dined. I suggest turning down the background music slightly to facilitate conversation at the table, but it wasn't excessive.
The wait for our order was a bit long (when we arrived, there were only 10 of us, and we were at another table). The menu includes appetizers, pinsa, sandwiches, and meat. We ordered 6 sandwiches for the little ones and 2 pinsa for 4 adults, 1 coke, 3 bottles of water, 3 beers, and a portion of fries for 100 euros, an average of the latest increases. I think the €12 price tag for a piano and hamburger is excessive, regardless of the location.
A positive note for me was the free liqueur after payment. I really appreciate it because it shows attention and courtesy to the customer, something that rarely happens these days. Congratulations.
We had a great time and will return when we're in Ruvo.

17/06/2025: This restaurant deserves the best in everything. The food is fabulous and the service is attentive. The customer is really happy here. The raw material is of exceptional quality, in particular the freshness of the fish is to be appreciated. If you want to eat well in Ruvo di Puglia, you don't even have to think about it, Filippo is always a guarantee.

04/09/2025: Wandering around Ruvo, here's a bright spot. It even lit up our palates. Kindness, friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism in the menu's careful presentation. We didn't see the pizza chef, but through him, we enjoyed the mix of fresh ingredients he expertly coordinates. What can we say: we'll be back because the pleasure of excellent food will accompany us home.

29/10/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at Upepidde with a group of seven friends. We left the table satisfied with the dishes served and the service provided.
We enjoyed local products prepared by a great chef like Michelangelo, whose skill and experience made you taste his way through every dish!
Also noteworthy is the attention to raw materials, freshness, and, above all, seasonality.
At Upepidde, you can find menus adapted to the seasonal products the Ruvo area offers.
Upepidde also has an impressive cellar housing a wide variety of wines from every vintage; Michelangelo and his staff were very kind in accompanying us on a short tour of this marvel.
26/10/2025: I've been to U PEPIDDE, but unfortunately the experience wasn't the best. The service was far too fast: we were repeatedly asked to hurry up with our food, which made the meal less than relaxing. It's a shame, because the atmosphere could have been more pleasant with a little more attention to customer time.

26/10/2025: Beautiful setting, very cold service and little attention paid. Good food but nothing special. I didn't find "love." Tagliolini with truffle and a little truffle tasted like buttered pasta to me, so I asked for a bit more truffle. The black one was tastier than the white one. Good wine, meat with porcini mushrooms was good but a bit stiff. The soufflé didn't have a soft center. If I were to return, I'd like more attention from the waiters and the dishes. They only paid attention to "acquaintances" at other tables—not good. As I travel around restaurants, I notice these details. So, it's something to be taken care of. It's important.

01/09/2025: I visited this agriturismo yesterday to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time.
I'll start by saying that I was a little worried about some of the reviews I'd read, but I was delighted to be reconsidered.
The place is well-managed and offers something for everyone (you can take a walk among the beautiful and docile animals, you can sit at the table and chat without being disturbed by the music, and there's a gazebo next to the dining rooms where you can dance until almost 9 pm). The food is excellent and the portions are generous, with plenty of second helpings left on the tables. The service is excellent, always available, impeccable, and always smiling.
Kudos to Giuseppe, the owner, who is always present and available.
30/08/2025: We had lunch on Saturday, August 30th, enjoying a tasting of appetizers for two for €30. Everything was truly excellent and plentiful. We were served quickly, with care, and kindness. A quaint and well-maintained place, highly recommended.
