It's one of those places that always leaves a good impression, both for the quality of the cuisine and the overall atmosphere. The dishes, especially the seafood, have always been tasty and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. It's a restaurant that manages to please everyone: ideal for both a quiet dinner and a relaxed lunch, without ever being banal. The location is pleasant, with a setting that enhances the experience, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed. The quality-price ratio has also always seemed consistent with what's on offer. In short, Ricomincio da 3 is a sure thing: I've been there several times in the past, and if I were to be in the area again, I'd definitely return. A reliable place that keeps its promises. Recommended.

12/10/2025: Pizzeria very close to the Port of Molfetta. Truly a fantastic location (I'm referring to the "inside" structure). Pizzas with highly hydrated, well-leavened dough. You eat it and you don't really taste it. I suggest the pizza chef increase the "toppings" a bit. Otherwise, excellent appetizers, first courses, fried foods, and desserts. Worth 100%. Top.

17/09/2025: On the discreetly secluded terrace on the Corso in the old town, we encountered a very committed, young service team who were friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable and helped us enjoy a lovely evening. As it is both a restaurant and a pizzeria, we had starters (pasta in Primitivo sauce and orichette with mushrooms and sausage meat) and main courses (tuna tataki and pizza mortate with eggplant and mortadella), as well as white and red wine, and were sent off with the Semifreddo Pistacchio and the Brown Bacchio. The restaurant was almost empty at 7:30 p.m., and by 8:00 p.m., 120 mostly local guests were sitting at around 40 tables. Everything was lively, the atmosphere was like that of the evening, and the service and kitchen team were asked to do their very best. It was a very good meal, a lovely evening, and a great memory. Thanks to all the staff at Fermento Vivo.

04/01/2026: Wagon-wheel pizza made with excellent ingredients and leaving you feeling full. The prices are excellent for what's on offer (except perhaps for the appetizers). I really appreciated the originality of the menu (there are also focaccia buns with various toppings and crepes) and the friendliness of the waiters. I'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

12/12/2025: I was really happy I chose this place for the immediate sense of tranquility, the unexpected flavors of the dishes, and the thoughtful attention to vegan options. The vegan "Bon-Ton" crepe was unique, a generous dish with character, combining crispiness and softness. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location features typical Apulian decorations, like small squares, and has plenty of seating. The kitchen overlooking the dining room is a lovely detail. We tried three crepes in total, including a sweet "Ambrogio," a timeless classic with gianduia cream and not cloying. In short, these were dishes that made me want more.

23/12/2025: We stopped by today for a quick lunch break. Two pieces of stuffed focaccia, one sausage panzerotto, one ricotta and spinach rustica, one small bottle of water, and three coffees for €17.45. The lady serving us was chewing gum with her mouth open, risking spitting on the food. (Good manners dictate eating with your mouth closed and not talking with gum in your mouth, especially at work.) If I'm paying €3.50 for a sausage panzerotto, at least some attention should be paid to the service! We waited 15 minutes for the coffees, then we went to ask at the cashier to have coffees served, but after 10 minutes we left, demanding a refund for the unused coffees. This was done, but the service was terrible anyway! It's a shame because the quality of the products is high!

14/11/2025: A great place. A wonderful atmosphere in an Italian restaurant with delicious food made with local produce. We were given an excellent wine with dinner; they asked us to choose it for us. An impressive wine list. The service was exceptional. Don't forget to leave a tip! They don't add it to the bill.

23/10/2025: After unfortunately finding ourselves in front of a closed restaurant yesterday (we hadn't checked the opening hours), we went back today and were both thrilled! The atmosphere was lovely, and we had a lovely outdoor seating area. The service was excellent – ​​consistently attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately, we don't speak Italian, but that wasn't a problem at all! Even as a vegetarian, I was extremely satisfied because the food was still delicious and typical of the region! I'd love to come back if I'm ever in the region again (and definitely specifically for this restaurant!). Thank you so much for letting us spend a lovely evening with you!
