28/03/2024: Local in the center of Corato...I find inside a refined environment and a well-created square and it is a good combination of bistro-style cafeteria cuisine...we had lunch here and the trained staff made us feel pampered...had a mention the mule fillet... the desserts need improvement... RECOMMENDED.

09/03/2024: While passing through Corato we wanted to try a meat-based dinner in a "typical" restaurant. The butcher shop with cooking service format is quite widespread in the village, there are several, but on the advice of a friend we went to Rubio's. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by a nice crew, behind the meat counter there was a gentleman who very politely and politely explained to us the different cuts/types of meat and how they were offered and the different specialties. After the selection we sat down at the table and in the space of a few minutes they brought both drinks and food to the table. We liked everything we chose, cooking and seasonings spot on. We spent the right amount in relation to the quality of the meat, the venue, the service and the format. If I return to Corato we will return.
