Very satisfied with the excellent quality food, despite a lot of people the service was very fast, a little disappointed by the very burnt potatoes but otherwise very satisfied, excellent pizza, I asked for a cutlet for the child and instead of bringing me that industrial stuff that I hate so much, they brought me the breaded chicken breast of delicacy 😊 I recommend it and I have already sent many of my friends there, as soon as I can I will return

We've been back for the umpteenth time, and it's a no-brainer—they never disappoint. It's become a regular stop at Chiodo Fisso for us when we want a pizza that's a cut above the rest. The amazing thing is that, even though they've always had plenty of choice, over the past month or so, they've raised the bar even higher when it comes to the quality of their dough. We tried the medium-thin and soft one, and it's incredible: incredibly light, a cloud that melts in your mouth. You can tell they've made a huge leap in quality in their research and production. The pizzas are spectacular. We had the white one with crispy bacon (perhaps a sort of carbonara, but regardless of the name, it was atomic!) and the one with the freshest prosciutto and mozzarella in the center. Top-quality ingredients that pair perfectly with their beers. But the real added value remains the staff. The service with Ilaria was simply extraordinary: professional, incredibly fast despite the place being packed, and with a cheerful demeanor that immediately makes you feel like you're among friends. Ilaria is truly the best! If you're looking for a pizza that never ceases to amaze and want to try the new and improved doughs, this is the place. Highly recommended, but make sure to book! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to Chiodo Fisso on April 3rd. Excellent pizza, prompt service, and a refined atmosphere. I recommend it.

FAST SERVICE, EXTENSIVE MENU, TOP PIZZA AND APPETIZERS. MUST TRY THE TURMERIC FOCACCIA... DELICIOUS!

After booking by phone, we were asked to be there promptly at 8:15 PM. Despite our compliance, the pizzas were served at 10 PM, not simultaneously (despite there being only five of us). Modifications to the chef's pizzas are not possible; they are only possible on classic pizzas. The edges of the pizzas were burned. The price was unfair for such inadequate service. It's sad to see a decline compared to previous years. Sometimes, going back to simplicity and avoiding the sophisticated elements would be more beneficial.

We visited the pizzeria two evenings. Extremely delicious pizzas, ala minute, burgers and main courses at very good prices. The service is top notch and fast.
