07/07/2025: Rude staff and not very inclined to dialogue... I took a gluten-free Margherita pizza for only 8.80 euros, but if I had eaten a plywood board it would have been better, burnt beyond belief.... not to mention the size, truly ridiculous, practically half of a normal pizza and they also charge 2 euros more.... shameful!!!

07/07/2025: Terrible experience, bar to avoid The barmaid with purple hair was particularly rude and ill-mannered, she attacked us because we asked for what we had paid and she had misread the receipt three times, a disproportionate reaction in her manner and words Really terrible place if they don't consider that education and kindness are the first product that must be sold to the public Change your job, NEVER AGAIN

17/06/2025: I went to this place for a dinner with my family. The owner of the place was always smiling and kind. The dishes were not excellent at all but all in all good. Let's get to what was really out of place: the waitress. A rude middle-aged lady who yelled at us because we hadn't decided whether to have the raw ham, which she asked us several times while choosing the dishes, coming across as inappropriate and insistent. Never a hint of a smile but with an expression that did not convey joy at all. I don't know if I'll go back.

09/06/2025: Tonight my husband and I were here, and everything was really very good, hot dishes, excellent!!! Kind and polite service and very clean and polite restaurant!

06/07/2025: Pizza department the so-called rude old blonde with glasses treated us very badly.. she answered us rudely and did not want to clean the tables which were very dirty forcing us to go elsewhere we had a terrible time a bad experience for us we will not return

06/07/2025: I remembered this place for the quality and ease of use of the self-service but now the memory is several years old and no longer corresponds to reality. Just decent food, decidedly chaotic service I imagine for the few people working in the pv; I highlight: - trolleys to carry various trays limited in number and unavailable at the entrance (you have to go and collect them in person by entering from someone who has already used them); - spoons not available but only teaspoons, if there are they were not together with other cutlery; - treasure hunt for a bottle opener, asked the cashier he dares to say to an older person: "don't forget to bring it back to me...". - if you want ketchup and mayonnaise remember to ask for them and pay for them at the cashier because if you ask for them when you take the chips in the side dish corner (as is natural) they tell you that you have to go back to the cashier and pay 20 cents per sachet. After paying 70 euros for 3 menus it is obviously not a problem to pay a few cents for some condiments but let me buy them there: it is "madness" to say to go back to the cashier (and obviously queue) especially on days with a lot of people. I will ignore the rudeness of the side dish man because given the crowd and the limited number of operators I would also be in a bad mood. 20 years ago it was a marvel, today it is barely decent.
