19/06/2025: We're from Argentina, exploring Puglia, and staying on the outskirts of Bari in Sannicandro di Bari. We went out to eat and discovered this excellent pizzeria. We tried the four-cheese pizzeria and the mortazza, and both were incredible. I highly recommend the friendliness of both the chefs and the lady who served the cashier and took orders. Highly recommended, and the atmosphere in the square 50 meters away on a Thursday is surreal, a beautiful experience!

11/05/2025: Camerieri arroganti, incompetenti, presuntuosi e impreparati. Prima delle pizze vanno le posate. Con bottiglie di vino esposte non si può dire al cliente solo vino rosso della casa. Non si può chiedere 3 volte una bottiglia d'acqua.
11/05/2025: Cucina di ottimo livello, camerieri preparati, professionali e cortesi.

11/05/2025: Siamo rimasti delusi per i tempi lunghissimi, inoltre i prezzi sono troppo elevati. Le aspettative erano molto alte ma alla fine delusione totale, non si può pagare 18 euro per 3 fettine di carne. Prima è ultima volta.
11/05/2025: Cibo nella media, prezzi molto alti, e attesa di oltre un'ora e mezza ......cosa dire .....non ci torneremo mai più.

09/06/2025: What a great spot to eat. The waitress was so kind and spoke English. She helped us order and put together a beautiful appetizer platter for us that was not on the menu. Such a nice spot. This used to be part of a 1,000 year old castle!
10/05/2025: Beautiful place, exceptional staff... it is a tavern and therefore as such it is rustic but at the same time you can feel the history of the place as soon as you enter. A hug and thanks from Florence :)

08/07/2025: Unfortunately, I have to say that in Bitritto, at least at this pizzeria, they haven't quite figured out what it means to make a real pizza.
Aside from the rudeness of the staff—which certainly doesn't make you want to return—I was truly disappointed by the quality of the dough. The pizza is made with a tool, not by the expert hands of the pizza chef, and it shows. The dough is heavy, hard to digest, and completely lacks proper leavening.
I didn't even manage to finish it... and for someone like me who loves pizza, that says it all.
28/06/2025: A certainty, to be able to taste an excellent pizza from Bari. We will return with pleasure.

Nice complete home-made menu, with music, fast service and friendly staff.
All immersed in nature (among fauna and flora) large spaces, rustic, sober and clean environment.

18/05/2025: let's start with the pizza: so much stuff! really good!! with the possibility of choosing the type of dough. really modest prices. The staff: despite always being super busy and in a hurry, they are really very nice and kind. Highly recommended!!!

18/02/2025: I give one star for various reasons, the cooking of the pasta was completely wrong, too overcooked and rubbery.
The wait between starter and first course was about 1 hour and a half, and the music was not interrupted or turned down even during meals.
On a positive note, the waitresses were friendly.

16/12/2024: Siamo a stati a cena tra amici sabato, bel posto, sembra di essere in una baita in montagna. Buon cibo, io ho mangiato spaghetti all assassina ottimi. Anche la pizza sembrava buona.. Servizio velocissimo, super simpatico e alla mano il cameriere Marino. Facile da parcheggiare. Esperienza da ripetere! :)

23/04/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il 18esimo compleanno di mia figlia di sera con parenti e amici: è stato perfetto in tutto. Location di classe, cibo ottimo, servizio impeccabile e clima sereno. Tutti sono rimasti entusiasti
07/04/2025: Il cambio di gestione da un un po' di tempo di questo locale ha fatto perdere la sua attrattiva anche se la musica è ben selezionata il resto lascia molto a desiderare a causa di personale presuntuoso e maleducato nei confronti della clientela. Sono stata purtroppo testimone di un biasimevole e increscioso episodio sabato sera 5 aprile u.s. allorché il mio compagno intervenuto in difesa di nostri amici a seguito di una contestazione di un pagamento non dovuto in cassa è stato aggredito violentemente dal personale di sicurezza ed è stato spinto e strattonato sino a farlo volare per circa 3 metri per poi condurlo fuori dal locale senza nessun valido motivo come se fosse un disturbatore non desiderato. Non si possono trattare in questo modo le persone perbene che vogliono trascorrere una serata in spensieratezza e magari in sano divertimento......ce ne guarderemo bene dal ritornare e dal consigliare a parenti ed amici detto locale...
