29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)

06/09/2025: We booked a table for four, our first time at this restaurant, based on the good reviews. We were greeted by young but professional staff. We walked through the room with an open kitchen at the back, a pleasant impression with a clean and very tidy atmosphere. They directed us up some stairs to a large terrace. I don't know if it was because not all the tables were full, but what we all appreciated was the silence between the tables. We chatted and ate pleasantly without shouting or yelling. The pizzas were very good, with good dough and well-cooked, very well-leavened, so there were no problems with bloating or thirst. Prices in line with other restaurants.

08/08/2025: A grill I'd gladly return to and recommend. I'm only giving the ambiance three stars because, eating outside, I didn't have a chance to observe and evaluate the interior. The service was attentive, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious: we tried various types of meat (bombette, carpaccio, offal, meatballs, tripe, and sliced steak), and I enjoyed everything. I can't comment on the price since it was offered to me by a fellow diner, but judging from what I read on the menu, the prices are fair.

27/06/2025: Apulian Romanesque church together with those of Molfetta, Ruvo, Trani and Bari one of the jewels of Puglia. Located in a very lively historic center full of streets and courtyards, it deserves a visit and a stop in the local places

08/06/2025: Very beautiful Romanesque cathedral with an extraordinary marble pulpit, a beautiful ceiling and a very beautiful mosaic from the early Christian church. Apart from these 3 elements, it bears a very strong resemblance to Saint Nicholas of Bari, which can be visited for free...compared to €7 per person for the Bitonto Cathedral, a bit expensive! Moreover, even at 5 p.m., the surrounding area was really lacking in animation.

13/08/2025: An incomprehensible menu, average service, a pretty good pizza, fresh pasta, but a seafood dish ordered and received: 3 shrimp, 3 langoustines, and a lemon. Nothing to accompany this 22-euro dish, and the worst part was that the smell matched the dish's lack of freshness. To round off this mediocre meal, the owner yelled in the kitchen to a silent, stunned audience. In short, move on.

27/08/2025: Very friendly and the pizzas are excellent, including one with truffles, mushrooms, bacon and smoked cheese, a treat!

18/08/2025: A culinary experience that surprises and captivates. I returned to this restaurant for lunch on August 15th after a while and was pleasantly surprised: the menu has been completely revamped, and the change definitely lives up to expectations. The chef has done an extraordinary job in developing the new dishes, placing the raw ingredients—selected with great care—at the center and showcasing them with original yet perfectly balanced combinations. The flavors are authentic, never predictable, and the quality is evident from the first bite. The presentation is meticulously crafted. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff!

31/07/2025: I tried a croissant and the next day I ordered two trays for an occasion: they were delicious, large, hot, and had a tasty filling in various variations. The woman kindly helped me carry them to the car. A great experience, I'll definitely be back.
