22/02/2026: We've been frequenting the old location for years because of the quality of the dough and ingredients used. The pizzas are of a high standard, but this is undermined, to our great disappointment, by the rudeness of the wait staff. Due to a slight delay involving two out of six people (who were seated on time and had also placed orders for the others), less than an hour into dinner, when we asked for dessert, the waitress "politely" asked us to desist and leave the table. Aside from the fact that we've never experienced such an unpleasant situation before, it will probably put us off continuing to frequent the restaurant. What a shame.

25/01/2026: I went to this lovely restaurant/pizzeria on a Sunday evening. It's not very large inside, but it's beautifully decorated and meticulously crafted. I ordered a taco appetizer, pizza, and dessert. One of the best pizzerias I've tried so far, with light, easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients. I've tried a lot of pizzerias, visiting one a week, and this one is definitely in the top three. I highly recommend trying it. Quick service and a fair price/quality ratio.

But it would be unfair to stop there, because every dish tells the same story: that of a family-run trattoria where time slows down and the heart accelerates. We were there with Elena and Pietro, sitting at an ordinary table that, for one evening, became the center of the world. Pietro tasting, Elena smiling, me believing that certain moments shouldn't be explained... they should be treasured. And then there's a detail that makes the difference, the one you don't find on the menus: it was their closing day, and yet they opened especially for us. Not out of duty. Out of kindness. For that rare form of hospitality that makes you feel awaited, not just served. From Quarto Storto, you don't just leave feeling full. You leave feeling moved. Because it reminds you that happiness is simple: a dish made just right, the right people by your side, and someone who decides to open the door... just for you. Thank you. Truly. ❤️

04/01/2026: A lovely restaurant, very comfortable and family-friendly. The owners, Dario and Amedeo, are very helpful and courteous. The food is good and authentic, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: Yet another disappointment as a Catholic, and I'm right to be a believer, but not a Patricante... I go in to make the sign of the cross and say a little prayer, but I'm interrupted by a guy who tells me I have to go out and pay a ticket!!!!!!;!! It's unbelievable. Every time I hear people say you have to pay to enter the church, and I wonder if Jesus wanted this: a church under people who ask for money and privatize historical monuments that were once free to all.

11/03/2026: Everything was excellent. I went to Pizzeria La Chianca and had a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a quiet evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to their customers. The pizza is truly excellent: light dough, well-cooked, and quality ingredients make all the difference. You can taste the care and passion they put into their preparation. The service was also fast and organized. Overall, I definitely recommend this pizzeria to anyone who loves good pizza and wants to feel at home. I'll be back!

The food and the dishes, however, are excellent. The staff is attentive, fast, and professional. Overall, a place worth visiting.
