The cuisine is truly excellent, capable of combining tradition and creativity with taste and moderation. Dishes that surprise without exaggerating, prepared with a sure hand and full of passion. Chef Rocco Violante really knows his stuff, and you can see that behind it there is a lot of study and love for the profession. But what makes the experience even more pleasant is the kindness and helpfulness of the dining room staff coordinated by his wife Terry: sincere smiles, attention to the customer and a welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The entire team, from the dining room to the kitchen, transmits competence, enthusiasm and human warmth, elements that make the difference.
