21/09/2025: There's no need for many words to describe this place, which we've been enjoying frequenting for several years. Each visit is a unique experience, beginning in a welcoming and elegant setting, with attentive and friendly service, an excellent selection of wines and cellars that accompany authentic dishes that delight the eyes, mind, and taste buds to the point of inducing the natural and ancestral gesture of "scarpetta" (tossing the bread), of course, using the delicious homemade bread. Then, we finish with wonderful desserts and excellent spirits. Congratulations to Rocco, Terry, and the entire staff.

15/08/2025: Excellent catering, great food, and great service. The staff were helpful and attentive to every aspect of the service, from food to waste management. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: The pizza was good, but the dessert was frozen, so I had a hard time eating it. But the biggest problem for me wasn't the food, which was eaten anyway, but the really long wait times. There were about 15 people in the restaurant, and for 4 pizzas, we waited from 9:30 pm to about 11:00 pm. When we asked the reason for these delays, we were told that there was a lot of takeaway, an excuse I can't accept because they organize themselves to do both takeaway and table service. They could have easily done 20 minutes for takeaway pizzas and 20 minutes for table service pizzas, so they would have satisfied everyone with shorter wait times... in addition to seating us, they put us under a gazebo and there was no heating.
08/10/2025: I've had pizza here several times, and most of the time, it's been a real pleasure! The dough is soft yet crispy, and the ingredients are always fresh. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the wait is often a bit long, but the quality always makes up for it.

21/04/2025: We spent Easter Monday here with a set menu, which I'd say was good value.
The start wasn't the best, given the unprofessional and unfriendly welcome and the inconceivable wait to begin lunch. They made up for it, however, but the fact remains that with 90 people, only three serving staff is too few because the wait was long, as was the illogical way of serving.
All in all, however, we didn't have a bad meal, and the music made the day enjoyable.
I think for a complete review, I'll have to return and order à la carte.
For now, I'm giving it a passing grade.

20/10/2024: Tutto ottimo, personale e titolare gentilissimi. Molto veloci e cibo molto buono, tutto fantastico aroma e profumi, la sala è molto accogliente, consiglio a tutti di passare una serata dalla cornice perfetta con amici, famiglia o la propria compagna/o.

06/08/2024: Hier naartoe gereden omdat het nummer drie in de ranking in Bitetto was. Aangekomen werden we door een heer begroet. Dineren was daar niet mogelijk. Adres klopte. Foto’s kwamen overeen met het gebouw waar we waren gearriveerd. Maar helaas niks te doen. We arriveerden een half uur na openingstijd. Kortom een teleurstelling rijker. Graag de info op Tripadvisor aanpassen.

17/07/2023: Il posto è molto bello. Richiama l'architettura giapponese. Il giardino è immenso con tante piccole pagode, Ruscelli, Ponti, cascate e lanterne giapponesi sparsi ovunque. Offrono serate danzanti con menù fisso. Ci sono diverse sale, alcune predisposte per l'estate. Il menù è buono ma sicuramente da rivedere.

12/09/2025: I bought a small tiramisu from the freezer. 18 euros. Frozen (therefore heavier than water), including the hard plastic container... Weighed on the spot... not quite right... Are you kidding? Obviously I bought it, paid for it, and said GOODBYE. But never again, never again. A small tiramisu for 18 euros? I strongly advise against it, obviously. I felt like I was being mocked. It had to be said.

02/05/2025: Locale carino, nei pressi del municipio, personale educato e qualificato, vastità nel menù, pizze buone, sicuramente da riprovare per capire le altre varietà tra pizze, antipasti e hamburger, al momento sembra un'ottima scoperta, nel cuore di bitetto
