31/08/2025: Attentive and punctual service. The food is excellent, and the care and quality of the ingredients are evident in the dishes. The only flaw is the organic Coke, which is terrible.

31/08/2025: When at the end of August you're still looking for a thrill, a surprise without the obvious, a quiet corner of quality before returning to work... well, here's the answer. Google "spaghetteria in Bari" but it redirects you to Bitetto and you find yourself in front of a cathedral in the desert. You're greeted by a dazzling smile (rare elsewhere these days) from the staff member, followed by the welcoming spirit of the rest of the staff, including a precise and attentive waiter who, like the waitress, pampers you and assists you in portioning, choosing, and making you feel at home. The location is also surprising inside, and the dishes straddle the line between tradition and innovation without overdoing it, since a chocolate bar of Altamura cream for dessert is nothing if not innovative yet perfectly in keeping with tradition, just like the initial experience with a tasting of crispy bread and locally sourced olive oil. What can I say? 5/4/5/5 is my rating, because the missing star will be added next time I try the carbonara and a dessert with almonds (from Toritto, I'd say) and pure dark chocolate, which I know the staff will embrace as my dream and make it a reality! I'm counting on it! The atmosphere was also great after dinner: a quiet area, smiling residents, and no digestive issues, confirming the quality of the ingredients. P.S.: The table overlooking the kitchen was also strategic, from which I glimpsed the unique cacio e pepe preparation and even a few tastings here and there from the staff. And when the staff eats what you eat, you no longer have any doubts about the quality. Thanks for making us feel good.

21/08/2025: It was a real favorite! This restaurant, recommended by our host, turned out to be a little gem, far from the hustle and bustle of Bari. The welcome was excellent, and our taste buds embarked on a true culinary journey, from the aperitif to the dessert. We opted for dishes from the à la carte menu, and each plate was a delight for the eyes and an exquisite delight for the palate. The portions were generous, far from the "samples" you sometimes find elsewhere, and the recommended wine was truly a delight. We appreciated the careful table setting with its beautiful, refined tableware, as well as the modern, warm, and elegant decor, as well as the opulent terrace. Thank you, Chef, for this memorable dinner. I took the liberty of recommending you in the Michelin guide given your talent, which truly deserves to be known and recognized.

04/08/2025: For those who choose an intimate, clean, delicate, romantic place, Trattoria Moderna is definitely the choice to make. I don't want to write things that are always written and banal. Try it and then you'll understand.

28/07/2025: I used the catering service for my mother's 40th birthday. The service was impeccable, everything was delicious and high-quality. Miki, the manager, was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

14/07/2025: We dined here for the first time last night. The pizza was delicious and plentiful; the staff was friendly and helpful. The only major flaw was the incredibly slow service, which put you off ordering anything else, perhaps dessert. It's a shame.

10/07/2025: July 10, 2025. An hour's wait for two pizzas... too long. Even if the pizzas were good (and I use the conditional), I don't think the review can change. Too bad, maybe next time, if there ever is one.
