I hired catering for my daytime birthday party, held outdoors, with 200 guests on a scorching hot day. L'Arco del Tempo handled the buffet lunch perfectly. Superb panzerotti: freshly fried, hot, light, and literally sold out. Frozen drinks: impeccable open bar with drinks and beverages always chilled despite the heat. The owner, Miky: responsible and kind, was a cornerstone, coordinating everything with precision, a smile, and politeness. Professional staff: fast, extremely kind, and attentive to every need. Organization: dynamic, orderly buffet with no lines despite the large number of guests. Final cleaning: quick dismantling and the area left immaculately clean at the end of the party. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Since we had a reservation, we were offered a table in a room where there was a private event for 40 people. So we chose their pizzeria upstairs. There we had an overpriced pizza which we had to wait for more than one hour. A bottle of local wine was even more overpriced. :( There were three sources of music, each one playing a different type of music. The cacophony was unbearable.

Aperitif on the main street in Bitetto featuring tarallini and olives with an Aperol Spritz. Neither praise nor infamy, but a great deal of goodwill and professionalism.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation with two separate parties, and it was a truly unique experience! Everything was carefully planned, with high-quality food and a wide selection. We celebrated a happy event in this typical Apulian-style restaurant, carved out of stone and converted from ancient cellars where excellent wine and olive oil were stored. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, ready to accommodate our every request, and pampered with delicious and tasty dishes throughout the lunch. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday. A quaint and welcoming venue for both private and public events. Refined, high-quality food. The owners and staff were helpful and friendly. They accommodated our every request. We were truly satisfied.
