19/03/2025: This was our second time there and we'll be back again. The best pizza in Bassano del Grappa! We've tried several pizzerias, but this is by far the best! Plus, the friendly waitress Gabi, who gave us great advice! We'll be back!

08/03/2025: Review of the Restaurant da Guido Unfortunately our experience at Ristorante da Guido was very disappointing, especially with regards to the service, which to define as terrible is an understatement. As soon as we arrived, no one bothered to bring us the menu or take our order, leaving us completely ignored for an embarrassing amount of time. The only waiter who stood out positively was a very friendly and professional guy. I ordered a Bresaola pizza and, surprisingly, it arrived in just five minutes. It's a shame that the waiter, instead of putting it down properly, practically "threw" it onto the table without any care. My partner, after finishing the starter, was left with the empty plate in front of her for an eternity, since the waitress dedicated to the room never bothered to clear the table, it's probably not a job for her. Once again, it was the kind young waiter who prepared and brought her the second course, apologizing for his colleague with a professionalism that unfortunately seems rare in that place. As for the food, I would call it okay, but nothing exceptional. There are definitely better places in the area. The environment is normal, without particular merits or defects, but certainly not welcoming enough to make one forget the disastrous service. In conclusion, given the experience we had, we will never return and we absolutely cannot recommend it.

22/02/2025: Bad reception I went to this pizzeria with my husband and daughter without booking, on the advice of the owner of the b&b where we stayed, aware that we might not find a place. However, what really left us disappointed was not the lack of available tables, but the attitude of the staff. The ladies at the checkout were extremely rude and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable from the first moment. A minimum of courtesy and respect for customers should be the basis of hospitality in any establishment.

22/03/2025: I'm so happy—I was able to kick off the "asparagus season" today with an outstanding asparagus tasting menu. The food was Michelin-starred in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere! Excellent wine recommendations, attentive service. Friendly reception, modern rooms, ample parking.

26/02/2025: Despite the location not being the best, the service was excellent, we opted for the romantic getaway package and we had a really good time. First of all, the spa is fabulous, relaxing to say the least, excellent for restoring the body and mind, among other things it also has a gym that can be accessed at any time of the day (returning to the time it is open) while the spa lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once we returned to the room it was really clean and comfortable, the only flaw was the shower that let out a little water and the size of the bathroom. The dinner offered was truly quality, really excellent, we tried both meat and fish dishes, making the experience even more unique and complete. After a quiet night, breakfast was the icing on the cake, from sweet to savory everything was exquisite. Highly recommended, the price compared to the quality is even too low, final note of merit: even though we had already consumed the prosecco offered in the spa they insisted on offering us (which I believe is in the package) wine during dinner, since we did not feel like it they left us a bottle at the time of payment, a truly appreciated gesture. Another thoughtfulness was the gift in Murano glass, a necklace with a heart in Murano glass, truly lovely, everything too beautiful.

14/01/2025: I had a small hiccup with the initial order, but I have to say that the customer service at this pizzeria was impeccable. After reporting the error, they immediately apologized and made up for it by sending me a free pizza. The quality of the pizza was excellent: light dough, fresh and tasty ingredients. It is rare to find such professional and courteous customer service. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them!

02/01/2025: Special pizza! Not a pizza that stays on your stomach or makes you wake up thirsty at night, but digestible, tasty, with fresh and quality ingredients. Depending on the period, the pizza list varies and is updated with seasonal specialties, giving the opportunity to try new combinations and ingredients. 14/01/2025: This evening I was craving pizza! I called and ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, one of which was a surprise... I had them do it! Great decision super good pizzas at honest prices! Good work and thank you very much, see you next time

24/11/2024: Retro style environment, not with many seats. External bathroom with notable temperature difference, with steps and not accessible for wheelchair users. Very serious staff, with few words and smiles. Good, light pizza, always cooked to perfection. Very long wait, not for those in a hurry. Good, tasty coffee. Parking within walking distance, with a disabled space. Fair prices.

03/03/2025: Pizzeria Al Saraceno Bassano del Grappa. Very nice and well furnished place, very kind owners and really good dishes with genuine ingredients coming from the territory they belong to! We enjoyed some very well seasoned and cooked to perfection pizzas, Dolomite beers were also good. We will be back
